What a brilliant idea!! Having never used a storage unit and didn’t realise the benefit of having one with my move whilst I organised work to be done before moving in. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from both Ryan & Rach. They were very helpful on my initial enquiry then when that storage unit became too small they accommodated me moving to a larger unit.
Nothings a bother they both work together to provide an excellent service to their customers.

The facility is kept very clean and tidy at all times I would highly recommend Safestore at Hylton Riverside 😊

The staff are great very welcoming especially the young lad Mackenzie. He was very informative and pleasant.

Used the Sunderland site which was safe , well maintained and easily accessible . The staff were approachable and so helpful in helping me get the best deal including Blue Light Discount . 😁

we have had a storage unit with safestore for a few years now, we find them to be excellent. The unit is clean, dry and safe, the price is great, location very convenient with plenty of parking. The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble.

Just handed back my keys to my storage this Morning ,which I have had for several months. I can say from day one, it has been an excellent all round experience. The staff at the Sunderland storage facility are great and a credit to Safestore, nothing was too much trouble a really friendly bunch of people. The 24 hour access was a great thing to have and it gives you peace of mind to know your possessions are are safe and secure. Overall a great all round customer experience that I would highly recommend.

Just got my new office, and I'm pleased to have chosen safe store, excellent location, clean with nice view, great staff, and at a bargain price.

Daniel on customer service very knowledgable and provided me with all the information that I needed. Sent me the emails I needed straight away and was very helpful in the questions I had asked.

Used the Sunderland units (Wessington Way) and have to say they were amazing. The staff were great and the units were ideal. Access was great and even though my unit was further away from the access points than I would have liked it was very easy to move the contents of my locker around. Would use again. Have to emphasise how good the staff were.
