Wrong product packaged!
Visited London for a long weekend and decided to have a browse along Bond Street London. I was approached by a staff member at Sakare who invited me into the store. I was familiar with this brand as made a purchase when we visited Paris a few years ago. I tried out a few products and really liked the luxurious body butter in passion so I decided to make a purchase along with a body scrub. The lady proceeded to get the products, I paid for them and when I got home two hours away from London in Bristol I opened my package to find that she had but the Patchouli body butter in.. the wrong product! Disappointed and frustrated that she did not package the right item and there is no store near me to return it. I emailed contact us’ online query form but didn’t get a confirmation email so don’t think it went through as no response from customer service. What a waste of £45!

Intimidating sales pitch & Poor QualitynProducts
I was accosted on a number of occasions by salespersons on Bond Street in London - they offer “ free gift “ … a random sachet of some cream ??
I made the absolute mistake of venturing into the shop !!
Here , I was subjected to a high pressured Sales pitch by very charmless, arrogant and somewhat sexist young male assistant.
The products I was to harangued into buying were useless and very expensive
AVOID at all costs , this place is an absolute scam

I left with amazing soft hands
I spoke with a lovely sales girl called Rula in their New Bond Street store. She demonstrated their Cleansing Salt Scrub which was amazing as my hands felt so soft afterwards. She was attentive and knowledgable. A genuine credit to the brand and because of this, I feel they have now gained a new customer.

The customer service was really good
The customer service was really good. The person taking care of us was really friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The products were really surprising and showed their effectiveness immediately.

Great customer service
I was very impressed by the knowledge of the person who served me, named Hamza. He was very professional and I was amazed by the performance of the products that I got to try. - I liked the nail kit that made my nails shine without any polish, which I didn't know was possible! I also wasnt expecting to see that this smooth cream for your face would exfoliate so gently and yet so well that I could see the dead skin come off when I tested it on my wrist, leaving my skin visibly brighter. I chose to buy two nail kits this time because of how useful it will be to me, and the person I am gifting it to, to have nice nails without having to get them done as we both work with our hands . Overall a great experience. Thank you.

I was approached on the street in…
I was approached on the street in London by a lovely chatty salesman and pressured into going inside the shop. Even though I told him I was in a hurry. Once in, he kept talking at me nonstop, until I almost gave in and bought a nail kit just to get out of there. When I insisted that I wanted to think about it and maybe come back later, he turned aggressive, telling me to go on, get out … I was physically pushed by my shoulders out of the store. I laughed at the audacity, but relieved to get out. Stay well away from this place and their high-pressure, intimidating tactics. I must add,
All of these responses to poor reviews from their customer relations team apologising… 😂 shut up!!! … you train your staff to act like this. Who are you trying to kid?
If your products were that good, you’d never have to behave in this way.

Hamza was great and really friendly!!! We tried some nail products and scrubs and were immediately amazed!!! Just bought the exfoliating scrub and cream and cant wait to try out!!
