This is the second new caravan that we have bought from Salop and had a fantastic experience each time
George Harris our sales exec has been looking after us for 30 years with a long gap in between
Nothing is too much trouble and the deal is always competitive from the start without the pressure of haggling
A great handover experience and a beautiful caravan site to stay over when collecting
I cannot recommend George or Salop highly enough you will not be disappointed

I only called in to browse around i didnt really want to bother the sales people as they are very busy. Walking around the showroom I got a tap on the shoulder it was George I hadn’t seen him for a long time he was exactly like I last saw him very polite and really excited to see us I told him we were just browsing and we wasn’t go look for a new caravan for a few months we had a chat and he said when we were ready we no where he is when we finally went to go and look for a caravan we dealt with George and he was absolutely delighted to see us we were back and to for at least a month and eventually bought one George helped us all the way through it I we changed our minds 3 times on what style we wanted and it wasn’t a problem for George helped us treated us just like family and nothing was a problem but he’s a fantastic ambassador for salop leisure and a genuine person and so was Paul Simpson who dealt with our financial queries no pressure from either of them so thank you very much for your help we are now in our lovely caravan thanks to you 2 plus all the other staff in the different departments all equally professional.

Very much a family feel to this company. From sales to after sales and servicing Salop Leisure always puts the customer first and nothing is too much trouble. We have had experience of another major dealer and the difference is literally chalk v cheese. Special mention for George Harris on sales plus Andy Davis and Kayleigh on the service desk

We traded in our old caravan for a newer model with the help of the lovely Toby Humphrey’s he couldn’t have been more helpful he wasn’t pushy just guided us along and made it all easy

We are not the kind of people that leave reviews but this time we are going to make an exception This young guy was good he asked what we were looking and showed us what he had available no pressure selling no what I call sales pitches just good old fashion honesty which was like a breath of fresh air We did purchase a caravan after some discussion at a very fair price All we can say if your looking for caravan give this company a look we were pleased we did

We bought a used caravan from Salop Leisure a few days ago and we were very impressed by staff helpfulness, particularly Harry from sales and Tim from our handover.

Salop Leisure truly has everything you could possibly need. We visited to browse motorhomes and were blown away by the huge range. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable without being pushy. While we were there, we stopped at the LoveCoffee eatery and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the warm, pet-friendly welcome. The whole 65-acre site is impressive and well-organized. It's easy to see why they're the Midlands' top leisure destination. We left feeling inspired for our next getaway!

We have stored our caravan at Salop Leisure for the last 3 years. The storage is the best we have encountered and we have had no issues or problems during our time. Sian is fantastic and goes above and beyond to help where she can!!

A very big thank you to all the team at Salop Leisure yesterday when we picked up our new Swift Voyager 540 Motorhome. The whole team especially to Toby and Paul in sales and Tim in the handover department. They were all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they made the whole process from trading in our old motorhome to driving away in our new van a smooth and enjoyable process. I would highly recommend Salop Leisure if you were thinking of buying a new motorhome. They provide a first class service.

Our panoramic roof window failed under warranty. Salop have completed the repair in 8 days and our caravan has been returned spotless! Cannot praise them high enough. We took it for them to see the issue, Andrew went into the caravan and found other issues we had not noticed and promptly added them to the warranty claim. Once the parts had arrived, he called us and caravan was booked in for their next available workshop space. Our supplying dealer is 100 miles away so take, leave, and collect would have mean 2 x 200 mile round trips. To just pop to Salop....that is 17 miles each way.....highly recommend them and especially Andrew for all his help and the swift and efficient way he has dealt with all of this and taken the stress (that we had envisaged) away. We purchased a touring caravan from here a couple of weeks ago. As first time buyers there were a lot of unknowns, George our sales advisor was on hand for all our questions and needs, nothing was to much trouble for him.

We would recommend Salop and especially George to anyone buying a caravan/motorhome.

We bought a new caravan a week ago. The experience couldn't have been better. George was our salesperson and was fantastic. He couldn't have done any more for us and Paul the manager was great too. They really looked after us. We had previously been to choose a caravan a few weeks before and were given a lovely lunch and not rushed or subjected to any pressure to buy. Just helpfulness all the way. We then had a complimentary night on their lovely site so that we could familiarise ourselves with the new caravan but have the reassurance that somebody was at hand to help if we weren't sure of anything. We were given an hour and a half tutorial prior to going on the site so had a good knowledge of how things worked. Would highly recommend. They really look after their customers. George is so lovely, he keeps the whole experience stress free and went above and beyond what we expected.
The previous caravan we bought from a different company was in total contrast. Stress all the way!

We have just purchased a motor home from Salop Leisure and I have to say from start to finish the service was exceptional, big shout out to Toby Humphreys for making sure we had everything we needed, he helped us every step of the way, we had great banter with him what a lovely lad and what a credit to the company. 5yrs ago we bought our first swift from salop a month ago we bought our second swift and received the same experience both times nothing was to much trouble went above and beyond understood customers needs and dealt with in a professional manner both times we dealt with George who we have known for quite a while before he worked at salop Don t retire yet George

Just bought (August 25) a new caravan from Salop Leisure in Shrewsbury. Like any new caravan it had its teething issues but George, Salop’s go to sales guy, has been exceptional in his understanding and enthusiasm in getting it right. He will go above and beyond from helping you choose the right caravan to driving it off the forecourt. If you experience any other subsequent teething issues then both George and Andy (Workshop) will sort these out for you with excellent after sales service. We have experience of several caravan dealers and Salop by far have proved themselves the best. Well done George and Andy and to the other backroom guys like Tim.

We are returning customers to Salop, we have recently changed from a caravan to a motorhome.
