I have recently had a hire car from Sanasty. The service we received was absolutely amazing. I was concerned about using a vehicle abroad as I have previously had a bad experience but Sanasty has filled me with confidence. From the moment we contacted Sanasty we had brilliant service, Lisa was polite and explained everything we needed to know! When we arrived in Tenerife we had a car ready and waiting! They explained all different options - airport drop off/hotel drop off and collection! We went with hotel drop off because it was more convenient for us.

Sanasty made everything hassle free which is exactly what you want when going on a holiday! Hiring a car in Tenerife made us able to explore other parts of the island and provided us with more freedom.
The car itself was lovely inside and out, freshly cleaned and smelt lovely.

First time ever renting a car, abroad…. A faultless, 5 star service.

From start to finish, the staff at Sanasty were professional and explained everything we needed to know.

The car was delivered to our hotel, as that was our preference - but, we also had other options to collect from the airport or collect from the Sanasty office in Los Cristianos.

Having the car opened up so much more opportunities for me and my partner, during our holiday.
We drove to Mount Teide, visited other towns such as Los Gigantes, La Caleta and Playa Paraíso (Hard Rock Hotel). We were also able to make our own way to days out and excursions (Siam Park and Ocean Karts) without waiting for the packed transfer services, and many more things we wouldn’t of done if we didn’t have the car.

All in all - was a great experience dealing with Sanasty, and having the car added alot more to our holiday in Tenerife. We will be definitely going back to Sanasty, the next time we’re over!

Rented a Citroen C1 for 5 days. Came across the company while randomly walking and was recommended by an estate agent! Not the cheapest but very pleased with the customer service and the way Lisa dealt with us. The car was in good condition and well valeted. It was a pleasure to drive and handled well for my first time driving abroad. Done over 450km with no problems. Highly recommend this company and will use them again on my return.

Hired a car for 1 day to get to the other side of the island and back. Car was delivered, and collected at the hotel for me, which saved me a lot of hassle. Took less than 5 minutes to hand over. All insurances included, so no hidden extras trying to be sold to me. Will definitely use again when I visit the island next.

Rented a car to explore the island, after visiting Tenerife for many years, we have only ever stuck to the tourist areas. The process was easy, I emailed a couple of moths before, the price was extremely competitive, and the process for hiring the car could not of been easier. The price quoted is what you pay, no hidden costs like the larger rental companies. The Fiat Panda was spotless clean, and got us literally all the way around the island over 4 days, including up to Teide. We are now firmly returning customers when we visit Tenerife each year! We cannot recommend Sanasty enough. We have used other car hire in the past but this is the best one by far. Friendly helpful service, excellent pick up and drop off and most of all we understood all communication and any questions we had Andrew answered very quickly. Highly recommended

We hired a Fiat Panda in February/March 2023. The rental procedure was friendly and efficient. As might be expected from a rental car there were one or two minor scratches but it was easy to drive and very easy to park. My wife wants one when we get home!
Not surprisingly we will be returning customers.

Never had such an easy car hire experience I have to say, and I’ve hired cars in a lot of countries! No hidden fees, what you see is what you get, and the fact that Andrew and his staff spoke English made it all the more easy! The car was a few years old but was cleaned up like it was brand spanking prior to us being given it. Price was competitive too, can’t complain about any of it. Thanks, Sanasty!

Wanted to book a car for a week so sent an email requesting a call back.

When Andrew called me, I had a radio on in the background and he requested I turn the music down, I found him to be very obnoxious and demanding.

Pointed out to him this was my business and I wouldn't be turning the radio down just for him.

Easiest car hire I’ve ever had in Tenerife. Car delivered to our apartments on time and paperwork signed there and then. Nothing to pay either until the car is delivered/picked up. We were given a 1.6 Skoda Rapid Spaceback which was very easy to drive (once I got used to how close 1st and 3rd gears were - my problem!). Was very good on petrol consumption despite being a turbo. Overall the experience was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I believe 5 stars is overused and should only ever be used if the experience is totally perfect. The car was a bit tired looking with quite a lot of small bumps and scrapes on it (to be expected when hired out to holiday makers every day) which I had to take into account in my review. Also the driver’s floor mat was curled and a nuisance (possibly dangerous) which I’ve since mentioned to Andrew. Overall a very pleasant 4/5 experience and I’d definitely hire from Sanasty again.

Beware of fake five star reviews. At least four reviews added to this profile are fake. This guy Andrew Knight has a you tube channel called Knightstrider. From watching this I have noticed he got a bad review in February and he has turned to family and friends to write fake reviews since. Lydia Knight is his mum. Paul knight is his dad and Sarah K is his sister Sarah Knight. Gaz Wilson is his best friend and co you tuber from the incredible Wilson’s. One bad review covered up by four fake ones. So how many other fake five star reviews can you find.

Far smother than a transfer or waiting on a taxi . Will definitely use next time in Tenerife

Absolutely fantastic after my experience I won’t use anyone else.

Rented the lovely VW Taigo from Sanasty. Car was delivered to our hotel on time and was in perfect condition! Lovely and clean inside and out. Over the space of 3 days we must’ve travelled over 300km in the car from going up to Masca Valley, Loro Parque and other places along the way. As my partner and I called him “Timmy the Taigo” didn’t miss a beat!! Lovely and smooth on the motorways, very economical and highly maintained by Andrew and the team at Sanasty!! Would 100% recommend and will be using again if we come back to Tenerife 👍🏼. Thanks Andrew and team!!
