Was looking for a coat that is both elegant and perfect for winter. Purchased the 'Fairytale' teddy coat and I am obsessed with it!!

I first saw the white 'Marlene' coat on Instagram and immediately fell in love. I visited Santinni's showroom and had a lovely time trying on their new season and best-selling pieces! I look forward to the colder weather because I get sooo many compliments with this coat. The cashmere wool and faux-fur are so luxurious and soft. I also like the pink packaging it makes the whole experience so nice! Thank you, I will be back for more!

I purchased the « Sundet Boulevard » Coat as well as the Kelly dress and am amazed by the quality ! The softness of the fur is honestly not comparable to anything I have ever seen and am always receiving tons of compliments whenever I am wearing one of them ! I am sure I will be able to pass them one to my children one day !

The coat I was told looks and feels nice but this company does not seem properly equipped to cater to an international customer base (yet). The shipping from the UK to the EU took more than a week and the delay was caused by the item being stuck at customs clearance and would only be released after paying 197€ (!!!!!) of taxes. Unfortunately, the delay was too long for me to actually get my hands on the coat, as I had to go on a business trip. I needed a larger size and reached out to their customer service regarding the return. Before purchasing any product, I strongly advise you to read their returns and refund policy!! The conditions will deter you from placing an order, unless you‘re 100% certain the item you purchased is perfect for you. Since re-placing an order for an exchange will cause me to pay another horrendous amount of duties, which will be 400€ in total added to the original purchase price.
Save yourself the fuss and stay local.

I purchased a matching pink coat for me and my daughter after my sister bought one last year that we all loved. I have to say I have never been more in love with a coat before!! My daughter also adores hers, and so happy we can match. The quality is so so beautiful. I already have my eye on a white coat and hat for Christmas. xx

I received this jacket as a "most wanted gift" for an upcoming trip to NYC, the jacket came in a cute pink box. It looked lovely on first look, however, a few of the cuff loops as well as one the belt loops were already broken/not attached. I was leaving to NY the next day so no time to return or address the issues, I thought it was ok enough to fix when I got back. I had been wearing it every day for about a week when the buttons started to pop off. I was in a very nice, exclusive restaurant and the front staff was helping me put the coat back on to leave and the last two buttons popped off there. I was MORTIFIED. I reached out and they asked for pictures. I travel so often, I don't have time to take the jacket with me and even take time to address the issues. The jacket was nearly $1k and I don't think at this price point I should ever really have an issue other than long term wear and tear. I have fur coats from the 60s that have kept up better than this coat in 2 weeks. I am only writing this now as it's getting cold and I just came across the jacket from last year. I wish I was writing a good review and the jacket worked out but this is the honest truth about them.

Ordered a coat and head band. Paid 783euro. Coat was meant to be size 10 to 12 but a Medium arrived which was flowing on me. Its huge. To make matters worse I had to pay 283euro in order for DHL to release it. I thought this was factored into the original price as I've bought from UK before without this huge charge. While the coat is excellent quality it was just something I knew I wouldn't get the wear out of. If I was taller it would ve been fab. Order small as Medium and would be more suited to a size 14 to 16. However Vivian kept me updated on my return and refunded me same day. Customer service very good.

My new "gene" coat arrived last week and is just so beautiful, I am in love !!!! it has absolutely gorgeous sparkly snowflake buttons which are so pretty. At Santinni every item is designed to last, which Is why I am drawn to their items even more. ( I am happy to pay a little extra for a quality item that lasts)

Bought a coat last year for my wife and she was over the moon. I also bought a dress and coat for my daughter this year as a birthday gift. They are both chuffed which is great for me! The customer service was fantastic, and delivery was done by DHL Express I think within 3 days of ordering. Very happy with the whole experience!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Shipped a faulty coat (one of the arm holes was sewn shut). Refused to refund $300 worth of custom fees. On return sent another coat claiming they would cover the costs of customs second time around. After being out of pocket $300 I wanted a refund. Refused refund and sent another coat in the post without confirming with me. When I asked dhl to block the shipment and send it back said that I should also pay their customs fees upon returning the product. Terrible customer service. Would never order from them again.

Absolutely in love with my new Santinni coat. I contacted customer service to ask for a button change and Vivian was so lovely with helping me out. Also the packaging my order arrived in is amazing (a big pink box and a handwritten card). Such a pleasant experience. I will definitely order again at Santinni.

I have just arrived from my daughter's wedding. I have Santinni to thank for my outfit. It was the next talked about dress apart from my daughter's dress of course. The dress was everything it said it would be and more. The fabric and tailoring was of the highest standards and Santini is my go to designer from here on. When using Wolf and Badger try and check if your designer is British or foreign, this will determine how quickly you get your item.

Also, measure your bust, waist etc to make sure you have the right size to avoid delay and returns. Santinni saved my behind and that's not even an overstatement. Thank you Santinni.

I must begin by sharing that the experience I had of visiting the flagship store in London was lovely. However, I requested to make a return within a 28 day period, which is the policy that most companies provide. This request was declined and I was told that I could have made a return within a 14 day window. After making such a pricey purchase I was disappointed in the customer service and lack of goodwill to extend the return policy by an extra week. I wish the company were more understanding and gracious of the fact that ‘life happens’. A 28 day return policy seems much more reasonable and is in line with that of most brands. My coat remained unworn with all spare buttons and original labelling intact.
