It shipped!
I was disappointed at the shipping time and costumer service but they just shipped my coat today (thank you) so I’m editing my review to reflect that. I can’t wait to see it. If all goes well, I have about four other coats I’m interested in and they look like they make great gifts!
Update: My coat just arrived and it’s perfect! It came in a box with a hand written note. The coat is amazing, made and packaged with care. I was worried that this brand was all hype but after receiving it I see that I ordered a luxury piece and I will definitely be purchasing more!
I changed my rating because the product met, if not exceeded my expectations! I would give five starts if it was easier to get in touch with customer service

Clarice, THANK YOU! for being so helpful and for the delivery code. It's nice when you come across someone who is willing to but the customer first.
Looking forward to getting my order (hopefully in a nice box).
I'll await delivery but hopefully will recommend Santinni to friends and family.

No customer service
I ordered a coat which was supposed to be shipped within 5-9 working days. After 13 working days I have not heard anything about my order. I have tried to contact them via e-mail, phone and Facebook to get information about the order but have not recieved any reply. When ordering something at that price, I at least expect to be informed if the order is late, and to be able to get in contact with customer service!

Mirror mirror on the wall, who has the most fabulous coats in town?
These coats are an absolute dream. Of course they‘re not quite cheap, but you really do get what you pay for. I think I‘ll wear both my coats for as long as they don‘t fall apart which, judging how the one I‘ve worn like crazy last year still looks brand new, won‘t be any time soon! Also, they have the loveliest, fastest and kindest customer service ever — Clarice, if you read this, you really are amazing!

I'd definitely order again!
Edit: I've been informed by the team that all orders now come in a lovely pink bag. This company really cares about their customers feedback and it shows!
