Excellent service, from initial consultation to fitting in the end. Communications with the initial consultant, the office and the fitters themselves was fantastic. Any and all questions and changes were dealt with immediately and without hesitation. I can highly recommend The Sash Window Workshop.

We were delighted with all stages of our interactions with the Sash Window company, from their prompt initial responses, through to the final payment and warranty. Everything was completely professional, prompt and clear.
The work was done very efficiently, with 3 teams working in 3 rooms in parallel to finish patio doors and 3 windows within one day.
The one unknowable was how much difference the double-glazing would make to our 120-year-old Victorian sashes - it made the rooms significantly cosier, with no more condensation.
In fact, we realised they were a lot better even than our 15-year-old double glazed patio doors. So we've gone for replacement of those too!
We would always recommend them.

What appears to be a great looking product, has been woefully let down by poor Customer Service to obtain just price for a door that is gracefully advertised on Social Media, (with that said: nobody I spoke with were current with their own advertising promo’s).
Moreover, I have made several attempts to contact their appointed surveyor team whom has ignored to follow up my sales lead and return courteously a customer phone call or even email. In fact it is only sheer ignorance.

In the world of retail, ‘Customer Service’ is the first impression, and therefore a key component to the cohesion of happy customers - abundantly so when dealing with premium brands (so-called on this occasion in my opinion). Their branding does not match the expectation for the initial customer journey and this should be reviewed, and this does not fulfil my confidence any further sadly based on my experience on this dull occasion.

Best wishes for the future in this challenging market where there are many competing in same space.

On time, remarkably clean during and after the work which, for the 4th time I've used the Sash Window Workshop, was done to perfection. A great and enjoyable company to work with.

All staff were very helpful and friendly, dealt with the job efficiently and were keen to rectify an unforeseen issue, which they did to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the work. The dates of the work had to conform with Covid 19 Government regulations, and the company clearly managed the situation very well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve waited a year to write this review in order to judge the longer term quality of workmanship. I needed an exact replica of a Victorian front door. The product provided was exceptional. It was fitted perfectly by a craftsman, is much more secure and still looks great a year later. These guys aren’t cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for.

Fitted new secondary glazing in a grade 2* listed building. Perfect result, workmen very tidy. Absolutely delighted.

Deliberated for months over whether to get whole lot replaced from dealerships selling windows made to measure in Poland and shipped over, or stripped down, sanded and double glazed glass put into the refurbished frames..

Eventually chose to have Sash Window Workshop replace the sashes and replaced kept the original frames

My new sash windows look absolutely stunning - and draughts and rattles are now things of the past! The installers were extremely courteous and hardworking, clearly taking great pride in their work, and installed the windows very efficiently. The house was left tidy and secure at the end of each day. Customer service all through the process was second to none; they really want you to be completely satisfied, and the process and the product were explained very clearly and helpfully throughout. I am delighted with my top quality windows, and would highly recommend The Sash Window Workshop.

The entire process of replacing my five windows from the initial visit through to completion has been first class. I am delighted with the quality of workmanship and the end result. Very impressed from start to finish, from the initial 'sales' visit and follow up survey to the actual installation. The Sash Window Workshop team were all helpful, prompt, courteous and professional. We had two sash windows overhauled and one supplied and fitted as a replacement; we are very happy with all of them. We would definitely use SWW again.

I had repair work/draught-proofing done (and one replacement casement window installed) and am pleased with the result from start to finish. The team were hard-working, efficient and courteous throughout, did the work within the planned timescale and cleared up effectively as they went along.

I appreciated the honest appraisal given by the company when visiting of the most appropriate window system for my home. They could of simply not of said anything but had the decency to say actually your property would look better with the original Crittal style of window rather than us trying to fit wooden frames in. Very professional company. Happy with the quality and cost. Replaced existing / unique single glazed windows with double glazed hardwood equivalent. Old Victorian apartment in Westminster which required planning approval before windows were replaced.

Very impressed by The Sash Window Workshop. We had two very large windows replaced at the front of our house. One was a complicated arch shape. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the acoustic glass is unobtrusive (and works well). Finally the fitters were very skilled and did the main work in a day with the second day for just the finish and tidy up (that was very thorough indeed). We paid a 30% premium compared with a competing quote from a very small company but I think we had good value for money overall.

I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of service and workmanship we received. There are an awful lot of cowboy sash window "specialists", but the Sash Window Workshop are the epitome of professionalism.

I used Sash Window Workshop to replace 10 windows in my home. The build quality is fantastic. Others have mentioned the price. They were not the cheapest quote we received but they were not the highest either but you are definitely getting a great product. For me that equated to value for money. Opening and shutting the windows is like opening and shutting a BMW car door. Just catching up with this review as we got them fitted a little while ago now and they are still smooth as silk sliding up and down. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

From start to finish The Sash Window Workshop were excellent, their attention to detail both in the product and fitting are 2nd to none. It's always a bit daunting spending such a lot of money on windows especially when there are many cheaper alternatives but we wanted to make sure our period property was done justice. Once Steve had finished the installation both me and my wife stood back and instantly agreed that it was money well spent. It is such a relief to know that when we come to replacing the rest of our windows there will be no more trawling of companies that could do the work, we will simply go straight back to The Sash Window Workshop without a moments hesitation.
