I bought 2 bottles of perfume, one was fine but the other one was broken. When I opened the box the lid was off the Jimmy Choo bottle. Tried to put lid on but it would not stay on and spray. Tried for a week to get a prepaid label to return faulty goods but still nothing. Several emails sent and 2 customer service replies asking for a video and pics which I sent. Resent pics as they said original pics were blurry (which was rubbish).Said I would contact ombudsman and lawyer, still no label. Would not buy from again. Very poor customer service. Still waiting for a return label and refund of £30.

Brilliant service. I was looking for a specific fragrance that cost £75 for 50ml. I ordered a bottle from scent outlet for £80 for 125ml bottle and a cheap CK daily spray for £8. All well protected and delivered very quickly. I think it was about two days later. I will get my fragrances from scent outlet from now on.

This company offers a great way of getting perfumes and toiletries at discount prices, simply because their boxes or packaging have been damaged. I really like this way of shopping, simply because it cuts down on unnecessary waste. I’ve found a few good bargains on their website, and sometimes the damage to the boxes is hardly noticeable. Other times, the packaging is so damaged that you have to throw it away, so it’s a bit hit or miss, but the contents are always in perfect condition. I’ve also tried new perfumes because they were so discounted, it was worth the risk. I would highly recommend trying this company, and they also give excellent service. Orders are dispatched quickly and arrive on or before the delivery date stated. Best of all, they are packed in cardboard, not a plastic bag in sight!

Customer services make it so hard to get a refund when you haven't received all the items I ordered especially when I gave them the proof they asked for. It's hard work it's still not resolved after nearly two weeks

Fake perfumes

Very poor. I ordered 3 perfumes and paid 24 hours delivery on Friday but delivery on Monday. I asked them to retune as I did not needed anymore because it delivered late. They asked me to post on track and sign delivery which cost me £14. It delivered next day but they still saying they not received and keep asking me my order postage detail in response of my every mail. I sent them about 20 emails and getting same reply every time. Worse customer service experience. Finger cross for my refund.Never recommend

Why pay ridiculous prices when you can get them on here for less ! Basiclly some boxes are damaged but you throw them away anyway. Won't go no where else and has loads offers on

One order has never been shipped and they ignored my request to give me my money back. They keep telling me lies that my money were never taken from my account while my bank statement clearly shows this was taken. Another order arrived with missing orders and while I provided them with photos they need to"investigate". I would be embarassed to work for such company. You need to have guts to keep telling these lies all the time to your customers.

Have some good offers on genuine products
