Initial order and pricing was good, terrible support when there was an issue

The initial order and pricing was good, unfortunately one item was faulty, not just a damaged box, the scent would not pump /spray.

Initially I was hopeful the service would be good, I contacted them, was asked for a video so they could understand, then was sent a return label.

Then the issue started - the item was received according to the tracking, I was not contacted, after a few days I messaged, and have been back and forth asked when the return was received, asked for my order number , asked for which item was returned, over and over again, then I get a feedback , I report this issue not resolved, I get a similar question, What's the order number, when was it returned, delaying tactics, never being told if I'm expecting a replacement or a refund, it is still ongoing when the return was received by them 4 weeks ago.
