Scott Memorials go above and beyond for their customers. My Nanna's headstone was purchased from them over a decade ago, and when we inquired about getting it straightened (as it was beginning to lean more and more), the person on the phone told us they would get someone to take a look when they were next in the area, at no cost to any of my family - that was brilliant customer service to say the least.

My family didn't expect anything to be done for quite a while in all honesty, as they aren't very local to us. However, we received a phone call a few weeks ago to say that they had been and straightened the headstone.

They are clearly a company with very high values and we can't thank them enough, they made my grandad a very happy man. Thank you all!

Our dad's headstone has been in place for almost 50 years, and following the recent death of our mam, the headstone had to be removed, cleaned, polished and a new inscription added. We were anxious about whether a font almost 50 years old could be satisfactorily matched. From start to finish, however, Scott Memorials handled the entire process with exceptional professionalism and care, consulting the family at every stage, as well as adhering to agreed dates and deadlines. The headstone has now been reinstated and looks absolutely beautiful. An outstanding service from Scott Memorials at a very competitive price. Unreservedly recommended.

Done my mams rewording can't thank them enough and clear coated it to make the gravestone last longer the Mason who done stone done great job. They done my mother in laws gravestone really good. We returned to Scott’s after noting some damage to our parents graves.
The kerb had been disturbed and needed to be repaired.
After asking for a quote for the repair Scott’s visited and replaced the kerb to its original position without charge. We are so pleased with the results.

From approaching their offices to meeting with Scott’s workmen in situ I could not fault their service and workmanship. They were helpful, informative and professional in all aspects of their work
