I have been ordering from Scrubs UK since I became a dental nurse over 3 years ago and every time, the service is fantastic. First time I ordered I bought the wrong size, they talked me through how to return it and got me the new pair out asap for me. The shipping is always quick and their customer service is flawless! I recently put in a very large order for new scrubs as none of mine fitted anymore. The company got in touch with me immediately to let me know they were having delays with their supplier for Sketchers and would I be happy to wait for my items which I said was fine. They kept me up to date with what was going on with their supplier and how long they expected the items to be and sent the delivery out to me as soon as they had received it. I cannot fault this company and their team and I always have and always will only ever order my uniform from them. Thank you again for your amazing service :)

I am very disappointed with my experience.

The scrub top I received was advertised on the website as having two-way stretch, however the item supplied had no stretch at all. This is not a subjective issue—the fabric is completely non-stretch, which directly contradicts the product description.

I raised this concern with customer service and provided photographic evidence, including comparison with the same brand and model previously purchased from another supplier. Rather than addressing the discrepancy, the issue was deflected and no clear explanation or resolution was offered.

Despite the product not matching its description, a return was refused and there was no acknowledgement that the item supplied may be incorrect or misdescribed. This left me with an item that does not meet the advertised specification.

Based on this experience, I would advise others to be cautious. If there is a problem with your order, do not expect accountability or a straightforward return process

Great items and reasonably priced. I bought 2x trousers in different styles. Both were as described. Prompt delivery.

Ordered on Monday evening, received it on Sunday afternoon. Impressive speed considering the embroidery on it.

Fantastic customer service, the overall experience I had with this company was phenomenal! They was more then happy to help me pick out the best scrubs for my job and for that I’m grateful, also want to say a massive thank you to a guy called Mark that works for your customer service as he was so helpful from the start to end and if it wasn’t for him calling me to follow up on my concern I had with my order and fixed everything for me within a matter of minuets, legit minuets! Will definitely be telling all my work colleagues where to come for there fashionable scrubs! 1000% recommend

Fantastic company to deal with, kept me updated every step of the way from placing my order to final delivery, they made sure the scrubs and embroidery were the correct colour, how long the delivery would take especially as they were the new Olympus Scrubs in the recently launched black. The feel of these scrubs are far superior to FIGS and at a fraction of the cost, the sizing is spot on. Gill and Mark couldn’t be more helpful if they tried.

I've ordered twice now and twice it has taken 14-15 days to receive my item. Long after they promised. I've only ordered twice as I wanted my second set of scrubs to match my first. I've been saddled with email chasing them twice now; they're response to these gives the impression they couldn't care less. For avg £60/scrub, I'd recommend avoiding this company.

I've Used Scrubs Uk for over 2 years now. I lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff over over 30 people and will only use Scrubs UK.
The Quality of the clothes and branding has always been top notch.
Never had an issue, and always deliver promptly.

Really good service and excellent quality scrubs with embroidery.
I recently made a large order of 60 items for a clinical team and they have just been delivered to me and they’re better than I imagined. Super comfy and fit really well (I ordered Koi scrubs) the embroidery and logo has been done perfectly. Customer service when I was gathering the quote was very helpful and I got a bulk discount for the large order too. Now the European team want to order the same scrubs as the UK team!

Had a problem with my delivery and the support team was more than efficient and extremely helpful. Really appreciate that.

Well I have now and they are amazing for comfort and price.

Ordered an item that a sales team advisor checked and confirmed was in stock and would be dispatched same day with 48 hour delivery. No delivery and then 4 days later get an email saying item out of stock. If I could give zero I would!

Read the responses they are writing to people giving low scores.
No need to say anything else.

absolutely LOVE these scrubs which is why I keep buying them lol. I love the vibrancy of the colour, the flattering fit, the number of pockets, the stylish design. So no surprise in the amount of compliments I get.

The customer service is also top class. Fast responses, fast delivery, very helpful and supportive staff. I was speaking to Gill who personally oversaw my scrub embroidery as I had special instructions and I really like how they look.
