I have been attempting to return - no success

I have been attempting to return an order for three business days, without success.

The first day, I tried the phone route and waited an hour to speak to a customer service rep who knew nothing about SCuBA and asked me to send in photos.

I decided to just use the online route which they provide. The first time I did this with a smaller order, I immediately received sn RMA number and a mailing label.

When I did the same with my larger order, nothing happened after repeated attempts.

I am very frustrated as I assume I have no alternative but to wait endlessly in the phone to get this resolved.

I am afraid they are just trying to “let the click run out” so they can say I am past the return window.

This was my experience. My advice is to proceed cautiously with them.

Customer Service and support throughout…

Customer Service and support throughout the process was excellent. I got a wetsuit that was smaller than expected. They didn’t have the larger size so I switched to a Cressi and they refunded my purchase and bought the Cressi. Very pleased all the way around.
