Great service! Staff friendly and helpful
Having never changed a window panel before, I found the website easy to use and order from. The customer support was great - Maisie answered all my (sometime basic!) questions and was very helpful. Ive now replaced 30 units in my house with all panels delivered without issue.

Having broke a glass window panel in…
Having broke a glass window panel in our conservatory, I ordered a replacement from Sealed Units Direct. Their website was easy to use and explained various options and how to size up. I have now received and fitted the replacement glass from them, a good price, quick delivery and a quality product. I ordered multiple windows from Sealed Units Direct and they were all absolutely perfect.
Unfortunately, I made a mistake with my own measurements on two of them. When I contacted customer service (Vicky) she was incredibly understanding and helped me get the two replacements sorted out without any hassle.
The replacements are arriving quickly, and the customer service has been top-tier. They really save the day when you make a mistake—I will definitely use them again!
