A very messy and frustrating process
It was a very messy process - team members kept on requesting documents even though they were already submitted. Team members don't seem to talk to each other, as was apparent from the fact that what one team member requested would be requested all over again by another team member - and this happened multiple times. A valid address proof like a Driver's License - which already has dates in it was not acceptable as address proof. Despite having the check cleared once, to do everything all over again was pretty messy.

Slow at the start was a nightmare I was only getting one update a week. Everytime I was being told I need documents which I could have gave all in one at the start. After complaining my case got handled by Jemma who was fantastic and got my case sorted within 24 hours.

Very pleasant and efficient experience
Very pleasant and efficient experience. Team is understanding and very responsive. The system approach come a long way from years ago and best element of all is the fact that all parties at employer stage have access to the docs uploaded.
Only suggestion on my part would be to remove restriction on word count when explaining regarding uploaded docs.

Very slow checking
System works OK - but very slow to complete the relevant checks - it must be a nightmare for people who have to use this before they can start a full-time job.
