I've been out of work since the pandemic but recently found a very good job in engineering. Seetec did nothing to facilitate this. All they do is spout government and job centre drivel. They up speak everything and make encouraging noises about things like homelessness and transport to get to work but do absolutely nothing and have no real influence over anything. And no idea of the reality of wages verses the cost of living. Another parasitical gravy train for jobsworths.

After having spoken to a service user I am concerned to learn that when they visited the Norwich Seetec Pluss office as a Restart client that NO screens were in place to protect the staff or service users. A gentleman client was overheard saying that he had covid however he had already visited the kitchen area at the entrance and was sat at close proximity to his coach. As a customer facing service there do seem to be minimal Covid and H & S measure in place. The client who has experience of visiting the office does not feel safe to return however they could possibly be at risk of mandation. How is this office functioning and servicing potentially vulnerable clients without the required measures in place?

Few years ago, I was on a Jobseeker's allowance. I was not satisfied with my employment advisor.

I told her that I have a limited mobility on my left arm and I am unable to do any work. Also, she was not polite to me and pressured me to accept the job that I have been offered. Eventually, she did believe me when I provided her my evidence from my doctor. Her excuse was that her computer system does not include my medical record.

The staff needs to be more understanding, knowledgeable and trained for manners.

This company is operating in Ireland in conjunction with jobpath were jobseekers are contracted to the scheme to help and support the client in finding work or a course, you attend once a week for a year I engaged with them for this useless scheme and nothing came out of it except stress and worry about the threat of loosing welfare if I did not attend,a year later while still unemployed I was told to repeat the same scheme again I refused and thanks to Seetec my payment has been stopped I'm not the only one who has had this happen it costs the tax payer more to have unemployed people on this scam scheme and they will be exposed in time.
