I didn't really use the platform for trading, however, when i accidentally sent a large sum of money to my self-wealth account, instead of another bank account HEATHER and DANNY were exceptional in providing support and reassuring me that I was in safe hands. My issue was resolved the same day.

I have spent the last 2 hours understanding the interface and platform and I am really happy with Selfwealth. The reason I left CommSec was pricing and some CDIA concerns. Selfwealth does not have those issues and the infuse is so much easier and straightforward to use. Setting a stop loss is a piece of cake here.

I initially chose Selfwealth some years ago as the fees were lower than the other options I'd seen. Where they really came into their own however was when I had to administer the sale of some shares in my mother's estate. There were complications since I had previously tried to move her shares to SW and didn't realise they were in a state where SW had administration of them but the account details had never been completed, so couldn't be seen on the Dashboard. After her death I reached out to SW and Heather guided me through the process of completing the account, selling the shares and distributing the funds to the beneficiaries. I really appreciated the fact that the same person helped at each stage with minimal lag between emails; unexpected for a low-cost, online only service.

We created a Selfwealth account to transfer shares from my late father's estate and as I had never held shares before the process was a little daunting. Transferring shares from multiple companies to four trustees was not a simple process, as I quickly found out.
