Very prompt and informative response. The fact it was via chatbox was great as there was no waiting on the phone, and it allows the question asker to reflect on the written response. Jake was great.

I am not the most tech savvy person
I am not the most tech savvy person , I got very frustrated with trying to excess my account. The person I spoke to was very patient with me and after a time we got it sorted out. Great customer service.

Best Trading Platform Out There!
I've been using Self Wealth for years and the platform and service is world class. The platform is very user friendly even if you haven't used a trading platform previously you'll find it easy to navigate and use. I'm about to open an account for my 3 year old son! I needed support with a mistake I had made and Chloe from the support team was so quick to respond and rectify my issue, the speed in response and resolving my issue was second to none. Highly recommend. One of the best systems I've used for trading.

Where information can be found on the website.
The responses were accurate but somewhat tardy. When I asked when a premium had been paid, it would have been more helpful to advise where this could be found on the website. This would prevent unnecessary chats.
