I was going to get this for my parents a year ago and it seemed promising, I was too busy at the time and put it aside. I just looked into it again and saw these reviews, they only answer when it’s a good review and not when it’s bad, not a single confirmation of a real program. It makes me sick that people prey on seniors, I had to disconnect the phone line with my grandma from all the scam calls she got, this is the bottom of the barrel who ever runs this, you need to evaluate yourself and realize what you are doing and to whom your doing it to who ever works for this group.

When I joined in about 18 months ago there were books available for download. where are they now. i reckon i have been ripped off.

I have found the savings to be unattainable! This is a scam company….the refunds requested, the complaints…UNANSWERED! The only answers received are from good reviews. They respond with “thank you for your kind words”. Don’t waste your time, and money!

did not receive anything of to what i paid 90. for a year subscription as of Jan. 8,2021 I would like my money return to my account to which my bank was notified. they told me to settle with you first or we will take action. you may transfer funds greatly appreciated

Not worth the subscription fee, all discounts can easily be found without their help ( for example PetValu or Shoppers Drug Mart), many of their hyped discounts at Walmart and Costco don't work.

Just like other seniors, I purchase the Senior Advantage service. Tried 3 time to get my refund and they try to convince me to keep it. This card will not work for me. Why won't they refund my money?

The end of February 2021 we joined Senior Advantage we paid $199. However we found that due to our location it was not advantageous for us. In March we sent an email to cancel, (within the 30 days). We got no response. I sent a review but it was not published. You insist this is not a scam, however when you get ignored, it confirms your suspicions.

Excellent service.Though I was not able to fully use the service due to my location the people are very professional and efficient two thumbs up

I bought an office chair at Walmart, through their website, only to find out latter that it was Walmart's everyday price.... for anyone !

This actually has been a very pleasant experience with this company. We had to cancel our membership due to personal circumstances, it was within the time period, but there was no trouble as this individual dealing with us had no issue and was very understanding. We will be pursuing a membership down the road and telling others due to their professionalism in knowing how to deal with people on a very personal and caring level. I have to thank the gentleman we dealt with you were a blessing.

Upon requesting the cancellation of my subscription I was treated with utmost curtesy. The promptness of reaction and willingness to assist is to be commended. Cancelling the subscription was a one step process without any problems what so ever, well done.

I signed up and paid for Lifetime and membership of Seniors Advantage on the 2nd February 2021. After realising that the discounts that were on offer are the same as using the Coles/ woolies/ supercheap catalogues I asked to cancel the membership and for a refund. The email was replied to on the 16th February (almost immediately) and the full refund was in my bank on the 18th February. I must admit that after reading some of the other customers problems I expected a bit of a battle. While the service offerred is not what I expected I can say that I was pleased with the prompt no fuss refund. Thank you Seniors Advantage.

I would like to commend staff at Senior Advantage for their kindness and consideration in my query to cancel my subscription. They have issued the payment return to my bank at my request. The staff were always polite, happy to help and it will give me great pleasure to recommend this company to my family and friends.

While having a change of mind with my subscription at Senior Advantage, I am thoroughly impressed with their response to my inquiry, and with the manner in which they addressed me. They were both prompt and kind in their response, actually, they were awesome to deal with. Over the years I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience in canceling anything.

On 14 January 2021 I subscribed to Senior Advantage based on savings claims published. After reviewing the offers made I realized that I could do as well or better using discounts and promotions already on offer by the various retailers. On 15 January 2021 I sent an email requesting a refund in line with your 30 day return terms. As a result of no response I have contacted my bank to determine if they can assist me to obtain a refund. I also note that Choice suggests your information promoting the product is misleading.
I feel it is bordering on a scam and suggest people beware.
