Very cheaply made for the price you pay. The products don’t last! I purchased a caldera glass diffuser and within 7 months it has just randomly broke. Sense aroma said nothing they can do. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money on them.

Nice website easy experience and like the offerings however didnt like the misleading crystal infused bottles, they are not infused and you dont get 550ml water, and then having to pay for shipping both ways

Great products but think it should be free delivery if you spend £30 instead of it being £50x

I was only placing a small order. But they couldn't have been more helpful if I was spending hundreds! Other companies could take a leaf out of their book.

I ordered a Robin/bird indoor fountain, lovely looking, but the wire it comes with is very cheap, and know plug? So had to use a phone charger plug, for almost £50 I do believe it should include, everything it needs.. as I didn't have a spare.

Bought this wax burner in place of a different one I had for years. The design is different and appealing. However, it doesn't melt the wax! It only softens it, hence less fragrance for my wax melts!
I think that maybe the ceramic dish is too thick, or the plate does not get hot enough, (I can keep my hand on it). I am now trying to find a suitable dish/tray to replace.

Other than that, the product is ok. But it doesn't do the job it's supposed to do, so 3* from me

Not great, they sent me someone else’s order? I am hoping I get my order corrected? They sent me the wrong persons invoice too so all in all I’m not very happy!

Very efficient and quick delivery spotted the item I wanted in a local garden centre but unfortunately not in the colour I wanted went onto your website and ordered the exact item £10 cheaper including delivery to my door definitely will use again thank you

Rubbish - Light lasted 2 hours and aroma did not work. So disappointing.
