I have been tasked with acquiring a ductless containment hood for the science department at our new college campus location. We have an Air Science containment hood already in service, but since Sentry Air Systems is practically up the road from us, we were hoping to purchase from them. I submitted a quote request for a ductless containment hood with details of our application and frequency of usage. Instead of a quote or information, I received an automated response requesting information that I had already sent. Although I requested the information during their business hours, I was not contacted by a salesperson by email or phone, even though I provided my contact information. On the other hand, I had the opposite experience with Air Science when I provided them with the exact same information and request for quote. I was contacted in less than fifteen minutes by a salesperson with detailed product information, a list of product prices, as well as payment options. Additionally, the salesperson offered to schedule an appointment the same day to discuss options and answer any questions I may have. I understand Sentry Air Systems must be exceptionally proud of their product line to assume I will supply them with redundant information just in hopes of getting a chance to speak with a sales rep, but our time frame does not allow for that! Since they do not seem interested in making the effort to contact a local college seeking their business, we have moved on to making another purchase from Air Science. It is unfortunate that we could not even connect with a business less than an hour away, much less give them our business.

I ordered an 18" portable clean room device and I am very happy with it. Great design, quiet, functions exactly as advertised. Overall very happy with this investment. I highly recommend this company and this product.
