Bought a Janome 6 months ago and discovered yesterday when I went to create a button hole that the button hole foot was not included in the accessories. This bag has not been touched since initial set up so no chance of it being mislaid. Called the company and the manager was very unpleasant in his response comparing the purchase of this machine to a bag of groceries that I wouldn't question 6 mths later 😂😂😂😂😂. This wasn't about wanting a freebie-I would have been happy to pay but I thought I would see if the company would offer GREAT customer service first by acknowledging that they had failed to include an accessory. He also talked over me.

I didn't know what part I needed so after asking this company & providing photos as asked I proceeded to buy the part they advised. It didn't fit but when I asked for a return they told me I had to pay myself. I wouldn't have bought the part had I known they didn't actually know what they were talking about. Waste of money & time and customer service is a joke.
AND THEIR REPLY TO THIS REVIEW IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE. I Supplied 4 OR 5 PHOTOS, & I DID NOT ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT TO BE SENT. I ASKED FOE THEN TO ARRANGE COLLECTION OF THE PART THEY HAD MISLEADINGLY SOLD ME.

Great professional service throughout.As I wasn’t sure which was the correct zipper foot for my quite old machine, I sent model number and quickly received correct item (zipper foot). When I had difficulty attaching it , again I was given quick and accurate advice. I would definitely use again!

The deal I wanted was out of stock, so I messaged them to find out if the machine was coming back in and if so would the deal still apply. They answered quickly and offered me a very similar deal ! Was very easy to pay for the special offer and now I just need to wait for delivery.

Best price for Scan n Cut accessories I have found, quick despatched and items just as described,

SMS firstly made it easy to order their service.
SMS answered their o800 number straight away.
SMS then sent me a text and Email to say my ScanNcut repair was booked for uplift & return for £20.
DPD & SMS then sent me emails telling me how to package Item & my next day uplift time slot.
DPD sent me 3 more emails reducing the time slot period till it was an hour and the van arrived spot on the time at 11.45 (how good was that)

Fairly straightforward order process though I had to go through it twice as the first time I tried to pay, the payment did not go through.

I had an issue with the Courier (Evri) but the customer service at sewing machine sales were very helpful and understanding and resolved the issue from their end. This was my first purchase and it was only for some sewing machine consumables (light bulbs) but I would buy from them again.

Easy to find what I wanted, great price, cheaper than elsewhere and I have tried nearly everywhere, and it was easy to checkout. I haven't received the product yet as I've only just ordered it but I expect it to be fine.

Price, speed and quality.
I purchased the starter pack to see where i was going wrong with which stabilser to use with which fabric. Not disappointed as it contains great information. I have since purchased all sorts of stabiliser. Magic.
