This was the only UK supplier I could find for the part I required for my machine. The website was easy to navigate & the payment & delivery options were extremely clear.

They sorted pick up and return and kept me informed all the way. Did not do any extra jobs till got my say so.

I found what I needed easily. The only reason I dropped 1 star is that the VAT was added after I checked out which added £6 plus to my total order. I would have preferred to have seen this on my order before I checked out?

My queries were answered quickly and accurately, and links to the parts that I required were provided, making shopping super efficient.

Pfaff sewing machine. At my wit's end,ringing all over the country. You are the only organisation of any assistance whatsoever. Hopefully I will now be able to sew again. Only a small machine part, but without it my machine was unusable. Many thanks.

Ordered two little screws for holding the needles in place on my serger. Postage was ridiculous and still waiting on delivery.very disappointed

Where to begin
I ordered fabric dye on 14 th May, hadn’t heard anything so asked where my order was. Reply came, we don’t stock this item, ( despite it being on their website and them happily taking £25 off me)
I asked for a refund, giving my details and still haven’t been reimbursed.
Definitely won’t be ordering from them again
