This is a second purchase from Shelving Direct as we were pleased at the quality of the item and ease of assembly from our 1st purchase.

They delivered exactly what I ordered - very helpful customer service. Thank you!!!

The order took to long to arrive(ordered 09/05 delivered 22/05) and then the delivery was a nightmare, driver unloaded onto a narrow roadway in the lashings of rain, he then promptly drove off leaving the road blocked and I had drivers get a little irrate as I tried to unload a very heavy pallet, half way through I was finally able to manage pull pallet off road unto pavement so the cars could pass.

Great service fast delivery

Shipping charge was excessive to get to me due to being on an Island. Other than that the product is excellent and just as expected.

Great product sturdy and does the job perfectly.

Good product but delivered in two tranches on separate days so only 4 stara

Overall good, we didn’t get a delivery notification but after calling the team were great at keeping us updated on the delivery.

Great product and delivered in a good time.

I messed up on a measurement but Lisa was great and was able to correct it and get a refund processed (the right one was a little cheaper) right away. She was so friendly and nice about it. And the shelving is perfect

Haven't received what I ordered. Very difficult to make phone calls at work so I haven't chased the order yet. Very disappointed as it was for my fathers 90th birthday & not cheap

Product as described. Excellent customer service and swift delivery. Very happy. Thank you..!

Good design and construction and therefore simple to assemble and does the job very well. Very high quality product. Delivery etc all very good.

Delivery quick and product of high quality

Quick delivery......and excellent product

The items ordered were great quality and arrived promptly and well packaged. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received from this company.

I bought the Rax 1 Galvanized Heavy Duty Steel Shelving. Fantastic product and easy to build. Shelves are adjustable. They can improve communication once the order is placed.

After having being let down badly by another supplier I needed to find a suitable replacement very quickly. I called at 8.30am one day and spoke with Julie who was very helpful in checking stock and confirming availability. I placed a large order and received the goods the following morning. All packaged perfectly and delivered with care. Can’t rate the experience highly enough and the product itself is extremely well produced and of the highest quality. I couldn’t have hoped for any better.

Having placed an order online the staff were quick to contact us to confirm that the order was actually what we required - it was not! They then assisted us in securing the correct shelving pack.
WIthout their diligence we would have ended up with the wrong pack, very frustrated and having to send it back.
Thanks for your help - the shelves we now have are great and what we wanted!

Good product and service. Assembly a little difficult but we managed in the end.
