I only went to purchase some packing materials but was seriously impressed by the whole operation. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating helping me find exactly what I needed, the whole place was clean modern and inviting. If I was in need of storage this would be my first port of call.

Storage facilities - the helpful way!
I enquired about and have now signed up for storage facilities. I am in the process of moving and need storage for up to 6 months. Rebecca the Receptionist was excellent, explaining facilities, volumes & costings. She also showed me a number of sizes of storage rooms so that I could accurately gauge the size I needed. The facilities are dry and clean with easy access. She was polite, courteous and very helpful and there was no pressure to rush to sign up. I would highly recommend.

Great location and great staff
The location is conveniently placed and clean. The team is friendly and we found Billy to be very helpful when we arrived with more belongings than anticipated!

I had to move out of my home of 11…
I had to move out of my home of 11 years and was recommended to Storage King Milton Keynes. From the very first contact with David and Jen, they were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Due to illness and holidays I have dealt with several other members of staff from other locations and they all were fantastic. They made an exceptionally stressful move so much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage. Thank you to all the team. It's greatly appreciated.

We were recommended this storage…
We were recommended this storage facility by our Removal company RDS from Shaftesbury. Although we lived in Salisbury. The service from both Andy and Debbie was faultless. Quick, responsive and thorough and helped us pick the right unit. Very clean, very dry and easy to access, park and communicate. Very reasonable priced also.
I don’t leave many reviews unless they are exceptional or useless..this is the former. Thank you team and I will recommend 🙏

TERRIBLE service and unprofessional business decisions.
I had a move out date and had paid a deposit for storage of furniture. On the day of my move, we went to the stores in Ebbsfleet and found that the entire office had gone away on a conference so no one could get me into the lock up. I called the number on the door and was told that nothing could be done. This was on a weekday and at around midday. I had a large van full of furniture, another van load to do and had to be out of the property within the next 2 hours. I did explain this to the person on the phone but they simply said that nothing could be done.
I had to ring around a lot of other storage suppliers and eventually found another one 30 mins away.
The lack of empathy or ability to assist make this company one of the worst I have had to deal with so would recommend that people swerve like the plague!

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the stress you experienced on your moving day — we appreciate how difficult it is when timings are tight.
To clarify the situation, your move-in was originally booked for 16 November, and our team attempted to contact you several times when you didn’t arrive. We also reached out to let you know the store would be closed on 18–19 November so we could reschedule a new move-in date. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to leave messages, and we didn’t receive a call back to confirm when you planned to come in.
Because we had no notice that you would be arriving on the day of our temporary closure, the team were off-site and we were unable to arrange access at short notice. We understand how frustrating this must have been and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If you would like to discuss this further, we’re here to help.

Friendly and helpful staff. The storage was clean, dry, safe and secure.

Dawn and her staff once again, were very helpful.

I choose Storage King in Derby every time
I've been in and out of this storage facility for getting on 20 years and I choose them every time above any others even nearer where I live. Always helpful and friendly, and excellent facilities at reasonable cost. Thoroughly recommended.
