Clear and informative notifications before arrival and prompt arrival. Full explanation of works to be carried out and timing expectations given. The work was carried out to a very high standard and to time.

Steve was great from Shine

Steve was great from Shine, he was friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get the work completed.
He provided a call to update me on his arrival time and was pleasant over the phone, putting me at ease from the start.
Would certainly recommend to others

Turned up late

Made appointment, technician phoned me and said be there around 2ish turned up at 3.20 and said bit late to repair now... Will now have to rebook. I am not a happy bunny, in fact furious
