Good quality tee shirts, which arrived quickly, for a fair price.

I have ordered from Shirtbox before and didn’t have any issues. However, I have been trying to contact them for the last 3 days about a recent order. There are no contact details on their website, other than a contact form which says “oops something went wrong” when used, the email address given on their Facebook account is invalid. I sent a message via Facebook messenger which hasn’t been responded to. They don’t give a phone number on any of their emails or website. I don’t know what else I can do!?

Bad quality for an expensive t shirt.
Tried to return but wasn't given an order number so seems no response.
Have left messages but no response.
Save your money snd time there are much better company's thst are more deserving.

I needed to exchange a sweatshirt but couldn't complete it on line as there was a glitch in the system, I contacted Helen, she sorted it out and I've received the larger size in good time. Good service

I was very pleased with T -shirts I ordered BUT NOT with men’s bamboo socks. My husband wore them for one morning and a hole appeared with his big toe sticking out - I know they are supposed to allow feet to breath but that is ridiculous after just several hours

The most awful customer service I have encountered. First of all the wrong size was sent and, despite 3 emails I have had no reply. The phone number given is wrong and so it is impossible to speak to a person. I just gave up - lost my money as the tee shirt was too small for my grandson who was disappointed. I would. not recommend anyone to use this company if they are treated the way I was. I wish I had read the other customer comments about poor service before I ordered.

I won't be using this company again. I ordered the nakatomi plaza jumper for my work do. I paid extra for a faster delivery and they took 10 days to dispatch the item. This resulted in the jumper not arriving in time. When the jumper arrived it was in the wrong size and so I returned within an hour of receipt. Since returning I've not heard anything about my refund. Avoid!

I put the wrong address in for my dad's Christmas present and only noticed the day before Christmas! I reached out to customer service and got a response from Helen really quickly who assured me that the order will be shipped out to the right address as soon as they open, which is brilliant and I really appreciate how quickly Helen got back to me with a great solution!

Ordered a jumper last year which was fine, however this year ordered two T-shirts for gifts and not happy with quality at all they are so thin if you hold it up you can see through them, and no packaging just makes items look cheap.
Won’t be using them again.
Disappointed

I ordered a jumper from this website last Monday 15th december.
I paid £35 + £4:50 ( Royal Mail 48 ) delivery.
It's now Saturday 20th December, still no delivery.
I'm beginning to think i've been scammed.
Good job i paid on credit card just in case!!
I needed it today to wear on a Xmas do, gutted 😕😕
I will never buy anything on this website ever again!!

Ordered a Christmas jumper in size L. It arrived size XL so now can't wear it to the Christmas function it was planned for. However they then sent a replacement in the correct size within a few days. Missed my event but at least I can use it next year.

As a massive Die Hard fan I ordered a Nakatomi Plaza Christmas Party Jumper to wear over the festive period and have been really excited to get it. However it arrived this morning and to say I'm angry, upset and disappointed would be an understatement as the jumper is totally blank with no design printed on it! £35 for a sweatshirt with no print on it whatsoever. Is it some kind of sick joke? With no contact phone number or email address on the website my only option is to return it for a full refund and to spread the word not to buy from this company. I certainly won't be for £35 and will stick with Truffle Shuffle instead. The jumper is of good quality so I'm absolutely gutted that it's totally blank with no design printed on it whatsoever! A real shame.

I ordered three t-shirts a week ago and received a confirmation email.

However, there was no order number and no information about likely delivery times.

I used their online help system to ask about this, but with no order number to provide, has to send a generic message.

To date I have not had a response from them and still no delivery details.

Is this a spam? I'm increasingly thinking it is.

Sadly had to cancel, ordered over a week ago & item still not despatched & have received no communication since order placed.

Ease of ordering great and selection outstanding. Only reason not 5 star because rubbish packing for delivery. Took the edge off product.

Shocking customer services, paid an extortionate amount for next day delivery and four days later it's still waiting to be dispatched? (And reading through these reviews it looks like I'm not the only one with this issue too, shock) Enquired on the website and got no reply. Wanted something for a Christmas evening out, that was a waste of time.
