Unbelievable my order came today. Too big want to return it. It says they don’t have any details for me. My order number email address and home address all correct. Is this one big scam as no way to speak to anyone. The only feed back I got was from Instagram, who acknowledged all my details had disappeared 🤦‍♀️
23rd fast response to my problem. Excellent. But any problems outside normal no way of contact. This is worrying. If I can only choose problems they put up and mine is not there, End of conversation?? Should be better ways to solve unusual problems like mine

I ordered a T shirt for my sons birthday. The site says dispatched quickly.
I still have not received it. I ordered on the 12th October for the 17th. I have emailed the company and had no response apart from we will get back to you in 48 ours.
I am so terribly dissapointed perhaps a review will achieve a response from this company that does not give a telephone number

I have ordered two items from shirtbox over the past month or so, and both times the delivery date has been many days, even up to a week, after the last day of the expected delivery. There is no way to contact them, there is no way to even track my order because it says it hasn’t actually been shipped yet and there is absolutely no way of contacting them directly. Still waiting for my order to be dispatched over a week after I ordered it. Not willing to give accurate timeframes of when I can actually expect my order. I've just cancelled it altogether.

Used this company for all my hubby’s T-shirts. Can say we have not had 1 bad one, think I must have purchased at least 20/30, the quality is amazing and still looks good even after several washes. Certainly worth the money,

I have placed a couple of orders with Shirtbox now and the Tees they supply are super, my husband loves the fit and the fact that they are 100% cotton! In a recent order on of the Tees had a mark on the hem so I sent a picture of it to the Customer Service team and it was replaced with no fuss - fantastic service, thank you.

Needed to return my order due to them being too small. Didn't hear anything to say if a replacement was being sent. Emailed customer service, they replied within an hour to say my replacement would be fast tracked. It arrived two days later. Very impressed. I also like the minimal packaging. No plastic. Quality of tee shirts was very good. Would highly recommend 👌

Although my parcel arrived quick, I am disappointed with the colour it said denim blue on label but it is green in real , but luckily the recipient likes green so am keeping it . But maybe you need to look into getting more accurate colours for the future
