Great customer service after delivery snafu
I ordered a bunch of things on sale from Moderny back in March, and initially, did not receive email updates regarding the status of the delivery. I assumed it would be several weeks just because it's coming from overseas, but once I still didn't see updates regarding delivery into April, I reached out to customer service to figure out what had happened. Apparently, delivery was attempted while I was away during the last week or so of March, and the items were sent back. I'm not sure if this was a mistake on my end (usually I don't request signatures for packages), however regardless, the Moderny team was very responsive. They helped reship the majority of the items, save for one that went out of stock, which they promptly refunded. I've been satisfied overall with the quality of what I ordered, and despite taking longer than expected, I felt reassured throughout the whole process due to the communicativeness of the customer service folks.

I recently ordered a dinosaur night lamb for my grandson's 2nd birthday and received a message from Moderny saying that the item was delivered. Normally, packages are received by my front door and my mom said that no packages had arrived. So, I emailed the company explaining that I didn't receive anything and was super impressed that I was emailed back immediately. Then when I got home late, I checked the mail and realized that the package had come via the USPS. Indeed it was delivered on time. I then emailed the company back saying that I DID receive it and could not be happier that the gift arrived on time for my grandson's 2nd birthday. Since it was the first time ordering from Moderny, I would definitely order from this company again.
Great experience overall.

Excellent communication, easy to contact, great product.
Overall I had a great experience. Shipping was a little delayed but when I inquired I received a response instantly, and Angelo continued to update me throughout the shipping process, even checking in after it was delivered to make sure it had arrived safely. The product itself (little womp womp trombone) is perfect and just as pictured. Thanks!

Great customer service
I ordered the storage boxes which were very easy to put up and a good quality only one problem was a tiny screw was missing from one door no big deal really as item could still be used with no real problem I did contact Moderny customer services and mentioned this to them it was a man called Angelo What followed was the best customer service I have ever come across especially for what I considered fairly trivial They sent out an assortment of screws I presume to fit any other parts just in case but it was how they made you feel like a valued customer is what impressed me the most I would have no hesitation buying anything from them as I know I can rely on customer services back up
