Customer Service does not help at all. Difficulty placing the order online, I had 10 things in my cart. Something was weird about the credit card verification they use. The customer svc lady (at the corporate office) said she could place the order for me if I gave her the STYLE# of each item. It does not show the STYLE# only a SKU#. She treated me like I was an idiot and said oh well you'll have to wait a day or 2 to place your order online after the preautorized amount on your c/card falls off. Thanks for nothing.

Not very honest, went yo store and closed not one near me
Called about gift cards I had was told only way to use was on linevwith a shipping fee and fee for return if didn't fit
Don't trust them or Cato Don't purchase gift cards from them

This is a huge insult to what Cache used to be. Not even close on the fashion 🤮

Clean and well kept store with a good range of beautifully displayed clothing. However, I walked into the store and not one person acknowledged me. As much as some pieces of clothing looked cute and attractive and I had the desire to make a purchase, I walked out of the store. I don't believe that I would set foot in that store again.
