She didn't have all the information to hand but politely asked me to hold then relayed the answer to my question.

Rosie was extremely helpful in getting our Shred It services moved over from our previous office address to our new location.

She was very speedy at getting our issue resolved and was a pleasure to deal with.

My first ever contact with Shred-it Customer Services and my point of contact was Stefano who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and personable. He gave me great confidence that he would resolve setting me up with an account, updating our account with new stakeholders and deleting people off the account who no longer need it. He also escalated changing the service date to another day of the week and kept me updated either via a phone call or emailing until he had a resolution. I am very happy with the service I received from Stefano and Shred-it.
