Der Bikini sieht echt klasse und stylisch aus. Der Beutel ist nicht sichtbar und sicher in der Innentasche der Bikinihose verstaut. Da ich einen großen Beutel trage, kann also nichts verrutschen und unten aus der Hose schauen.
Die Qualität ist gut. Durch die verschiedenen Modelle der Badebekleidung findet jeder, einen für sich, stylischen Bikini/Badeanzug. War ein sehr guter Kauf.

Ich nutze schon seit Jahren die Siil Stomagürtel. Sie sind super bequem. Lassen sich durch den Klettverschluss super anpassen. Richtige Grösse bestellen natürlich vorrausgestzt. Bei mir L(ich bin normal schlank) passen die Gürtel perfekt. Trägt man im Winter dickere Klamotten lässt sich das mit dem Klett super ausgleichen. Den nötigen Halt für den normalen Alltag haben sie auch. Für schwere arbeiten( zb schwer heben) würde ich evtl. etwas anderes nehmen. Leichte Gartenarbeiten wie zb Rasen mähen Unkraut lassen sich damit aber hervorragend machen weil die Gürtel schön flexibel sind. Versand usw klappt auch seit Jahren tadellos. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen!

The product I ordered was too big, even though I measured. I returned it for a smaller size and found that I had to pay a fee for the shipping label. That did not make me very happy since I had read that "the first size exchange is free." However their customer service department refunded my shipping label fee, which was so nice.

In total, I have purchased 3 belts over the course of about 1.5 years. Both the product and the communication with the company are highly commendable.

Mir gefällt am besten, dass sich die Wäsche nicht nach unten rollt und auch bei einer Taille dort bleibt wo sie soll. Außerdem ist der Stoff schön und trägt sich angenehm auf der Haut. Bestelle mir noch mehr von Siil!

I have been trying to get refunded for my order that never arrived since July. Back and forth with emails and chatbots on their website with no luck. This honestly feels like a scam at this point.
Order number 122412 for reference. First out of stock, then issue with my address, now they send me tracking notifications but it hasn’t moved since August. They said they would refund and send me a confirmation but that wasn’t sent either! Buyer Beware!

In addition to the product being extremely well-made, highly functional, and comfortable, the customer service from ordering to delivery, and the ongoing communication and support from Siil has made the transition to living with an ostomy smooth.

I have written many emails, chatted through the bot and result was a cancelled order without a refund. Silence! I sent and email and attached a copy, it the end result is satisfactory I will update my review. Nobody should have to go through the added stress of dealing with companies who promise and don’t deliver. Recovery is hard enough without this added stress.

I am following up with my order number 125818. For over a month I have been expecting a package that not only was going to help me adjust to a new lifestyle, but one my nursing team praised, and recommended. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that not only has my ordered been cancelled, but that I also haven’t received a refund of almost $200. This may not be much money to you, but on disability I only receive a small portion of income it is all I have, and I invested it in your products. I trusted the word of my nursing team; I stayed in contact with, who I should have known were not customer service people, but AI robots that have been misleading me along. I would still like the products I ordered with the promise of the Ostomy protector for my inconveniences. I would also like this order expedited. Please note, my surgeon and Ostomy nurses work at the biggest and best colorectal center in all of Boston MA. So far, I have nothing positive to report back to them regarding my experience with this company. I will report my experience back to them and recommend they refer their patients to look elsewhere. Recovery is hard enough, patients should not have the added stress of dealing with a company who claim to care for their customers, but actions tell a different story. Please respond so I am aware you received this email and also with a resolution.

Muy mala experiencia. Tenía un código del 20% y solo me aplicaron un 10%, además de tener envío gratuito. Necesitaba el pedido con urgencia y, pese a ser un envío de 24/48 h, pasó más de una semana sin responder. Cuando reclamé tanto el descuento como el retraso, acabaron cancelándome el pedido. Muy poca seriedad y pésima atención al cliente.

I have ordered 3 times from Siil, twice on Amazon and once through their website. Amazon Orders never came and I eventually was refunded. The third order was through their website and a few hours later I get an email saying the item is out of stock and to choose a replacement. There were none available. My choice is to wait or get a store credit, no option for a refund.
Updated 9/3/26 Siil has been in contact and I did receive what I ordered, even after getting a refund through PayPal. The item had already been shipped and they told me to keep it as a gift because of the problems. I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars based on their customer service and good intent. My wife likes their product so I will probably order again.

Product is amazing! Quality and comfortable.

Les bandeaux semblent être de bonne qualité et sont très beaux.
Cependant, sur l’annonce et dans certains commentaires, ils sont présentés comme des bodies alors qu’il s’agit de simples bandeaux avec culotte intégrée.
Peut être faudrait-il modifier le descriptif?

Dado que la situación nueva y compleja que afrontan las personas con estoma ya es difícil cuando uno se encuentra con una compañía que promete ser profesional,empática y " rápida"....(dos días por un envío) pues se ilusiona.Pero resulta que nada de eso es cierto, tardaron desde el 14 de junio hasta el 28 de julio en solucionar los múltiples problemas que me causaron. Unas veces me decían que faltaba uno de los tres productos que había pedido para luego decirme que faltaba otra distinto...no llegó nada hasta la primera semana de julio,y con tan mala suerte que el bañador que tanto necesitaba no me valía...claro que las instrucciones de cómo tomar las medidas son muy poco adecuadas,luego la odisea de la devolución, yo lo avisé a los quince minutos de recibir el producto,y lo envié a la mañana siguiente del modo que siilostomy me había indicado. Luego me decían que no lo habían recibido,y además que el importe a devolver era unos 31 euros menos de lo que yo había pagado por el bañador que costaba 119 con algo, pedí explicaciones, nunca se me dieron, y ahora cuando por fin ha llegado el último producto,que es horrendo,( el cinturón) y se me ha devuelto mas o menos lo que correspondía,pues quería advertir a las personas como yo, con estoma, que no se les ocurre usar la pagina ni comprar los productos de siilostomy. No se hacen responsables, no son profesionales y deshonestos.
