Jason Lee........I was stuck in this situation of my mums ticket suspended by emirates. I reached out Emirates to open the ticket because at this time my mum was refused to check in at a certain airport. But after several explanations Emirates instructed me to call my travel agency which is SilkTravelsUK, I spoke to Jason Lee on call and this mate really exhibited a high degree of excellence in customer care and he linked the communication between me and my mum and Emirates both in Dubai and Entebbe to have the ticket re-issued and mum mum traveled just on time. Thumbs up to you Mate

We booked a package holidayfor 4 people with yourself to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur & Penang. With all hotels, connecting flights & shuttle.
Sam Walton was dealing with my package, he was very nice & did a very nice deal & booked all the hotels a per requested.
I also sent a cousin of mine, he booked her ticket to Kenya as well with a good deal.
