DO NOT buy hair from these people. They are wicked people and sell terrible terrible hair. 1st and last time I bought a wig frim this company, their hair you received has nothing to do with the hair advertised on instagram… Very disappointed

This website is a total scam! They do not sale human hair, they sale cheap hair, that you can get for £15 in the market and only wear for a month. It's a waste of money. I feel like they use their friends to advertise the hair or whatever hair they have on their head. When you do email them, they are reluctant to give you a refund even when you show them the picture of a lumpy wig. So cut a long story short if you want to waste your money then go ahead.

The bad reviews below are far from my experience with Silqmist.
Very rare I review businesses but this one definitely deserves it!
I couldnt rate them highly enough and no, I'm not an influencer or been paid to give my review.
I ordered hair last minute (my fault) for a wedding. Rachel (Silqmist) went above and beyond to help me choose and deliver my first wig from them in super fast time.
The quality of the hair was just lovely and the lace melted like you wouldnt believe. I had many compliments on my hair.
Cant wait to come to London and see you soon in the salon!
Would definitely recommend and not hesitate to buy again! Thank you!x

SCAM! Just don’t buy! Hair still hasn’t arrived and it almost been 2 months- also an attemp was made to leak me bank card info! RUN! Never again!

Good but expected better for the £!

I ordered the Jessie wig, The specifications that I wanted made the wig cost around £350/360, I didn’t mind paying this as it was for my birthday and as it is UK-based I knew it would come quickly which it did, however for a wig this expensive I did expect the tracks to be hidden more by the hair in the frontal. This was jarring because the jessie wig is ginger and the tracks are black. I can hide the tracks myself but it takes effort and careful placement. The frontal should be full enough so that we don’t have to do that. When i first took the wig out of the package the tracks at the top were fully exposed, was so upset.

The quality of the hair felt so nice and silky when I first wore it but after a 2/3 wears it did start to feel a bit like straw, this can be brushed out nicely & hydrated with moose but just expected better.

Some positives
-colour was PERFECT, dyed so well and evenly
-lace is lovely
-you can occasionally wear this unit GLUELESS as there is a band inside (however this did lose some elasticity after i wore it 4 times, so can slide back a bit)
-fast delivery

negatives
-tracks can show, frontal should be fuller
-sheds a fair amount when i brush it
-the hair dye ran a bit when i washed it (was just removing glue from frontal)
-slight factory smell

Can honestly say I’m happy and almost surprised with how good this wig is. The customisation is great and worth the money as it saves you having to do it all yourself and I wouldn’t say it’s expensive compared to most :) the hair itself is also brilliant, didn’t take long to deliver I would say around a week which I expected longer so I will be keeping this as my only vendor for hair. Excellent Hair quality and customer service!

I customise the Dior unit in 2 tone ( cinnamon and ginger), quit trick as these 2 colours can easily damage the quality of the hair.

But the final result is ON POINT!!!
The hair is soft and smooth, the colour is PHENOMENAL !!!!

I have it for a month now and no shading or no tangling.
I am so happy with my order.
It’s the first wig I order from them and it will definitely not be the last!!!!

Definitely worth EVERY SINGLE pennies !!!

This is my honest review.
I noticed the burgundy wig being advertised. Was one of the new drops. I’m not sure if they still do that as of now. But at the time they just dropped this particular colored wig called Jessie. I was excited because the presentation looked nice, it looked so cute and I didn’t own a colored wig so I was like why not purchase one from them. Because it was a new drop - there weren’t any reviews for me to look at for this particular wig. Besides the model who was modeling the wig. So I bought it anyway in: 18 inches, Remi hair, I think transparent lace, 150 density and 13 x 4. Off the bat, I was a bit skeptical because you had to pay for customization. Not gonna lie I've noticed that with a lot of UK-based wig companies I don't think that's good marketing. But I just filled it out and submitted it. Now on the site it said it takes two weeks and though I do not live in the UK I expected it to have maybe three weeks max but this thing took two months to arrive. Upon receiving it, it was not it at all. The hair felt like Barbie doll hair. It was matted from the coloring. The parting space on the frontal didn’t seem like it was 4 inches going back - it seemed like maybe 2 inches. I did email them about this. They told me that I should try to condition it a lot and there's nothing they can do. That advice didn’t help or work. So I just left it and didn’t bother anymore and gave it away. But my biggest recommendation for anyone buying a wig from them or in general - do your research make sure that what you’re getting is what you’re getting. Not just cause a pretty model is wearing it because you never know what it is that they are advertising. They might give them the good stuff and give you the bad stuff. The customer service was okay. But they did take their time to write back to me and keep me updated on the order. Please be careful.

Extremely kind and attentive customer service who kept me updated every single step of the way. I made my order on the 2nd of May and received my order 8th of May by 24hr tracked and was provided with my tracking number as a safety precaution (which is an extremely lovely thing for a business to do). Nevertheless, my wig got to me with no problem in a days time from when it was dispatched. There was not even a week between when I ordered to when I received my hair. A truly lovely team.

Purchased my 3rd wig from Silqmist and I must say I’m never disappointment with the quality and level of service that they delivery every time. I have ordered coloured wigs from other vendors which dry out over time but I’ve never had this problem with Silqmist. Will definitely be ordering again :)

Scamming company Do NOT Order from here! I had ordered the dior wig on their website says international orders delivery time is 2-4 weeks and almost 2 months in I had yet to receive my order. Really poor customer service as well spoke to a Yasmin to express my concerns, who then assured me that my package was on it's way & that i'd be receiving it within next few days. That did not happen in fact when contacting my post office i was told that my item has been shipped back to their factory as it was missing a declaration label. Silqmist refused to take ownership of this whole mess of a situation was neither willing to re-send a new one fast shipped as good gesture neither willing to refund my money until they had received the package back at their warehouse. So I had to contact paypal to force a refund! After reading other people reviews on here happy I ain't receive my order apparently the hair quality awful too.

I purchased the "dior wig" from this company and was disappointed when I finally received it, it looked nothing like what they advertised on there Instagram and they forgot to add the band inside which without this it cannot be worn, the hair came greasy as if it had already been worn, the wig doesn't fit and is 10x the size of my head, I had to pay them to send the wig back and its as if I received a different wig, the bleaching has not been done correctly you can see where they have missed out bleached hair, and there are lumps all over due to the size of the wig and its not fitting snuggly on my head, I've spent allot of money on this wig (over £200) and would like my issue to be resolved fairly, either a refund or a wig i can wear confidently without making myself look stupid....Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company because I believe them to be misleading. I feel they only use the best quality hair for their Instagram models and send out cheap quality hair to there paying customers.

Amazing service and the wigs are great quality! They hold the style super well and I never experienced shedding! Can't wait to try different colors!

The wig itself is so beautiful, I get so many compliments when wearing it. The lace is thin (which is another bonus) as it melts seamlessly! Although the products are amazing, the staff here are so sweet and helpful. Thank you for this amazing service

Beautiful hair however, the way they have put the tracks you can see it on the wig and it looks stupid I don’t know how they can expect you to walk around like this. I did complain to yasmin but she just told me it was the density. I’ve purchased wigs cheaper than this with good hair and never just been able to see a track so obvious. Feel like I have just wasted my money I will have to pay for someone to fix it for me.

I am loyal to Silqmist as their hair & customer service have never disappointed. One thing Silqmist could consider is loyalty cards lol but you do gain ‘Mist points’ each time you purchase from them. They have great wigs & bundles which last long with good care, silky hair at affordable prices too. I will continue to tell all my friends about Silqmist x

Would 100% recommend to my friends! As soon as I ordered I got a response email with all my customisations and the delivery was super quick which I was really happy about (I ordered Thursday night and got it by Tuesday morning) and they got my specifications down to the T - the plucking and bleaching was amazing and the hair smelled pretty too (which is a first for me haha). It comes in a really pretty silk dust bag too which is very convenient. As a whole I'm really happy with the service and would definitely be a repeat customer!
