Have used this company a few times now and cannot fault it!

I have used Simply Owners a few times now and have always had brilliant villa holidays. The process that they use to connect you with the owners is simple yet reassures you that you are secure in making a booking.

SimplyOwners provides a very useful way to find beautiful holiday homes for rent.

Bit nervous at start with payments but everything was great

I’ve used Simply Owners many times. Never had an issue for any of our family holidays and would definitely recommend.

Great easy no fuss

Second time at this villa and it is amazing. Location is so central
Villa itself very spacious with room for my whole family group of 8 adults and 3 children.

We rented both the Farmhouse and The Barn for 10 in our party. The accommodation was of a very high standard and met all our needs. With pool, jacuzzi, BBQs (two) and outdoor facilities it was ideal for our family. The owner was very helpful and we encountered no problems in renting the accommodation and arranging everything for our holiday.

The villa met our expectations above and beyond.Great views,large heated pool,large spacious bedrooms,plenty of bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens.Welcome package on arrival so no need to go to the shop and we also had a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 7pm.The villa uis spotless and bright and airy inside.Its not really for people with mobility issues as there is loads of steps in it but most people who come to Puerto Rico know to expect steps so not a negative for us.The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy all your meals with a generous outside terrace to enjoy them.Jan was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and organised a mid holiday clean for us.There is a taxi rank across the road from the villa and it only costs around €5 to go anywhere in and around Puerto ric About 20 metres outside the villa is a new fully equipped Spar with off licence joined onto the refurbished Servatur Hotel so handy.

Wow what a villa it had everything you could possibly need for your stay. From the moment we contacted Steve he was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. From the minute we got there it was just bliss with 34 degrees heatwave the pool was incredible and much needed. The rooftop terrace with pergola was a fantastic feature for some shade. The outdoor kitchen area was amazing and a great addition for alfresco dining.
The villa itself was well equipped with a large, lovely open plan kitchen diner lounge area. Bedrooms were spotless and roomy. Bathroom and on-suite were spacious and had wonderful showers.
All in all a great stay, we will definitely be booking again soon.

Great value for money communication spot on everything advertised was on queue

The communication between Simply Owners and ourselves was fantastic. Quick responses from Rosemary our Agent were much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

The oppertunity to view and book villas on the site was excellnet. cummunication was as you woudl expect and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. the villa we chose was excellent and better then described.

Holiday home in Dordogne perfect for several families and property was as described with pool. Slightly nervous about paying monies direct to owner but no issues and everything went very smooth. Owner was easy to contact and speak to if necessary

Amazing house in unique location. Our third visit. The grounds are perfect for children. Very peaceful location in National Trust grounds. Many walks from the house.
It is more like a friend’s house than a holiday rental. The rooms are delightful and so comfortable.
Very helpful and pleasant owners.

We recently stayed at Villa Anissa in Playa Blanca and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very start, Ben (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, responsive, and incredibly reassuring, especially as it was our first time booking directly. Nothing was too much trouble for him, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The villa itself is beautiful. Really well kept, spotlessly clean, and extremely spacious. We're a family of three, and although the villa sleeps ten, we really enjoyed having the extra room to relax. The pool area is gorgeous and where we spent the majority of our time.
The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning throughout the villa was superb. The kitchen is a great size, modern, and very well equipped with everything we needed. All the bathrooms were lovely, clean, with plenty of space and good water pressure.
It was a lovely touch to arrive to some essentials already in place...very much appreciated after travelling. Suzanne, the property manager, was also incredibly helpful and friendly.
This was our fourth time in Playa Blanca, so we know our way around, and the location of the villa is ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the fantastic bars and restaurants. We spent a lot of time at the villa itself too, as it was such a great place to relax.
We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would absolutely recommend Villa Anissa to anyone visiting Lanzarote. We'll definitely be back!
