Excellent service again from Jacob and the…
Excellent service from Jacob and the team at Bridgend Audi.
I had a warning message on my vehicle last night, at 4.30 today I have the car back, sensor replaced and it’s been cleaned beautifully. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with the Bridgend branch of Audi, they really do look after the customer.
I would recommend every time thank you all 😊

Sinclair Audi Bridgend made the whole experience very easy for us. James Sharpe explained the whole process and helped us at every step of the way.
All the staff in Sinclair Audi Bridgend are very easy to deal with. They also followed up 2 days after purchase and were able to help with a couple of queries we had.

Professional, friendly, welcoming service
As a company I was made welcome from the moment I walked through the doors, offered refreshments whilst I waited for James to assist with my request. James was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the cars he is selling but did not pressure me to buy! I was able to test drive my car with my husband so we were able to discuss the car the pros and cons without pressure. Buying the chosen car was smooth and I was able to pick up the car on a day suitable to me. An experience I will always remember and I highly recommend Sinclair group.
