Buying a new vehicle from Sinclair Hay on Wye
Sinclair Hay on Wye had been servicing my Discovery for many years and they were the natural choice when it needed to be replaced. David Hayes helped me navigate to where I wanted to be with regard to model, extras, availability, price and financing. Throughout he was responsive, very knowledgeable but not pushy making buying the new Range Rover a very painless process. Unfortunately delivery was delayed by the cyber attack but I did feel that Sinclair were doing everything they could to compensate for the inconvenience this caused their customers.

Our experience with Dave and the whole team was great. Dave gave us regular updates on the progress of our vehicle, throughout the difficulties Land Rover have faced over the last couple of months. They were all extremely helpful and I would absolutely buy from them again.

SInclair Land Rover at Hay-on-Wye (and Dave Haynes in particular) is such a refreshing/positive change from a 'typical' car dealership. They are, in the best possible sense, just a little old-fashioned... no pushiness whatsoever, genuine focus on the customer, and clearly very happy to go the extra-mile to deliver a great buying experience. We have just collected our Defender 90…
We have just collected our Defender 90 from Sinclair Landrover Hay on Wye.
We initially called in to see what stock they had. We were ushered ushered to Spencer the Salesman. He showed us all the vehicles that matched our requirements. He was very patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. On completing a deal he dealt with all the paperwork. Even changing to our personal registration. All we had to do was to insure it.
The dealership itself was very professional. The hospitality was great and they made the whole experience very enjoyable.
The vehicle was immaculately presented when we collected it and Spencer gave us loads of his time to explain around the vehicle.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone

I recently bought a Range Rover from Sinclair’s. Although Land Rover had a glitch in the system on the 1 st of September I was kept informed daily of what was happening until I collected my vehicle. I have been using Sinclair Hay on Wye for 15 years for regular servicing Angus has always been really helpful. However Spencer Perks helped me build the car of my dreams and when I collected it I couldn’t have been a nicer experience. People buy of people,Spencer really listened to what I wanted and navigated though the process from the beginning to the end which resulted in me getting exactly what I wanted . Thanks Spence ! I would truly recommend you to visit this garage if you appreciate excellent customer service.

Service carried out and car delivered back the same day.
A no nonsence dealership that I prefer to use that is 25/30 miles from Hereford even though there is a dealership on the door step. (This speaks volumes)
