The service I receive from Sinclair, Brecon is exemplary. Angus always arranges servicing, repairs etc and is so helpful and a great asset to the company. Although I live 40 minutes away I would not choose any other garage. My Freelander maybe old but I know that I can rely on Sinclair to keep it going!

MOT carried out on my Jaguar
Sinclair once again agreed to carry out the MOT on my Jaguar F-Type. This was super convenient for me as I would otherwise have used the Jaguar LR dealership in Cardiff. 4 miles vs 50. The service was friendly, engaging and prompt and I have no hesitation in recommending the agency.

Found a gem
I think we are on our fifth vehicle purchase with Spencer now, the fact that we travel 2 hours to do so says it all. The attention and detail that Spencer has been to for us has been second to none from all other dealerships we have experienced. Ten out of ten for all things. Communication, personal touch, welcoming and friendly experience from the whole team. It is an enjoyable experience all round and we have shared our experience with many friends and recommended them to you. We will return soon.

Spencer provided a fantastic service
Spencer provided a fantastic service, I’m delighted with my new car.
This is my fifth car I have bought from this dealership, despite me living in Kent, I will continue travelling 200 miles to Wails, because Spencer always provides five star service, I have been buy cars for 60 years and the service provided is second to none.

Worth traveling for the quality of care
The fact that I make an hour journey to the Hay on Wye dealership rather than a 10 minute drive to the Swansea branch says it all. Much more welcoming and friendly team who try their very best to resolve issues when other branches appear to do the minimum. The after sales team take ownership of problems and put some effort into resolving them. From my first contact about an approved vehicle, to purchase and subsequent servicing and sorting some niggles Hay on Wye have been superb. (A better coffee machine would be nice though🤭)

A seamless experience
Helpful and professional staff when booking in for recall work and service, who also arranged a courtesy car.
We had a reminder call a few days before the appointment, to advise the courtesy car would be waiting and that we needed to bring a driving licence.
The work was carried out in a timely manner within the scheduled timescale, with a follow up call to check if all was working ok, which it was.

Range Rover Evoque Service and safety recall.
My Range Rover Evoque required a service and a product safety recall. However, I was not able to take my vehicle to the dealership in person due to work commitments. I was very pleased that they were able to pick my vehicle up from my address and take it back with them for overnight work whilst also providing me with a brand new and very impressive courtesy car at no extra charge. The work was completed as expected and the price was very reasonable for the service to the vehicle. Their communication with me during the days leading up to my car’s visit to them was also very good. Overall, it was a great experience all round with no difficulties or challenges on this occasion.

Great service
My vehicle had to go into the garage at Sinclair Group due to a fleet recall issue that needed fixing. I waited whilst the work was completed. They also fixed a tyre pressure warning that had just popped up and washed the car. Having only bought the vehicle (from Sinclair Group) only 3 months before, they also answered a few queries I had. All the staff are very polite and helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable and hot and cold drinks are available.

First time using Sinclair after the…
First time using Sinclair Hay-on-Wye after the theft of my vehicle, and during the whole process ... the staff were incredible - kind, caring and understanding of my situation. Massive shout out to Angus who was my go to person. The level of customer service I received was exceptional, so much so that I will now continue using Sinclair Hay-on-Wye and travel the extra miles knowing that me and my vehicle will receive first class service. A very positive experience
I’ve used the Land Rover Hay on Wye dealership for 7/8 years since purchasing my LR Discovery Sport from them and have always received a polite and professional service from the staff there.
