Great Team at Sinclair Ludlow
All of the staff from reception through to sales and service are all very professional, pleasant and helpful.
Will Edwards and Glen Challis took me through the different model and finance options and explained everything in detail to allow me to make the purchase that suited me best.
They also went the extra mile is removing third party equipment from the vehicle I was trading in. This was very helpful.
The coffee is very good as well😁

Purchased a used approved Range Rover…
Purchased a used approved Range Rover remotely though Sinclair Ludlow. From the very first query on the vehicle Charlie was very transparent and responsive - proving details on the specification and service history. No question was too much trouble and the willingness to respond in a timely manner was refreshing. It is difficult sometimes purchasing remotely but Charlie made the whole end to end process incredibly smooth. Charlie and the team went the extra mile as well trying to get a software update completed. Collection day was super smooth as well and the Ludlow site really makes full use of its floor area and is very welcoming. I cannot fault Sinclair and especially Charlie, transparency and commitment to service is clearly embedded in the way they deal with customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Sinclair Ludlow it is as a model example for all dealerships.
Well done and keep it up!

He was also very friendly and helpful. The showroom experience was also very good and all the staff were very friendly and approachable.

Bad Vehicle Preparation..?
Two days following collection of my vehicle, it completely lost power on the outside lane of the M11 in the dark with pouring rain. Had to wait an hour in the dark and get lifted back to the south coast late at night! The technician said it could just need a software update!! Surely this would have been done as part of the preparation for sale and not left me stranded on the M11. I need some answers.

Excellent customer service from this dealership - my local Land Rover dealership is awful so I travelled over 300 miles to get the right car from the right people. They make you feel like you are the most important person there. Can't praise Sophie highly enough - open, honest and easy to speak to.
