From beginning to end the service was excellent to picking the right car for me as I was a little nervous about having the polo Jared from the port talbot took me out on a test drive and the confidence he gave me was amazing can’t fault him . Phone calls on updates were brilliant and the hand over of the car was brilliant ,explained everything inside the car gave me demonstrations on things I wasn’t sure of all in all 100% service. He also phoned me the next day on how I was doing with the car to make sure I was happy excellent service . One very happy customer

Great experience as always
Great experience as always, been with VW now for the last 8 years and never had any issues with the dealership or any of the vehicles I have financed. My new car was slightly delayed however I was kept informed and updated regularly by the team. Thankyou Danielle and Kelly for looking after me and my partner and for the dog treats!

Jared explains everything. Tho I don't always understand everything, he is patient and I know he means it when he says I can phone him if I have any questions.
Other staff have also been helpful when the car is due for a service, MOT etc. All staff we have come across have been helpful and friendly.
