Nick - Outstanding service - 5 stars!
Nick, who I arranged my initial car viewing with, sent me a personalised video before my appointment talking me through the details of the car I was viewing and what to expect when I went in. He was so polite, friendly and helpful when talking me through the sale and kept me updated throughout the process.
He kept his communication jargon free and was super helpful in helping me understand how the finance worked and what was expected of me in the lead up to the sale.
A really pleasant and stress-free experience. I highly recommend!

I text an interest in purchasing a golf and was very impressed with the response told what was on offer I then took a car for a test drive pointed out a couple of small marks which was dealt with immediately. Would definitely recommend dealing with VW Port Talbot.
