I just bought my first VW and I was absolutely blown away with the level of customer service by Liam and the attention to detail snd communication all the way through the process was outstanding.
First of all - I can’t thank Liam enough for being so attentive and professional. He made me feel at ease, was able to hold a good conversation making the process easy and enjoyable and for the first time in a car dealership was not made to feel stupid/like another a number - another sale, which I have experienced in another dealership.
I was made to feel very special upon collection of the new car which I have never experienced before, the attention to detail was amazing and so thoughtful I can’t thank you enough. Liam deserves a raise - you don’t come across many like him in sales where customer service is upheld to the highest standard. Highly recommend Volkswagen, highly recommend Liam.

Only dropped in to look at a VW Polo it was the vip weekend so very busy. We were shown around some options by Liam who was extremely helpful and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Liam served us from the start, kept us up dated throughout and sorted out the hand over, he had lots of patience showing all the features and gave my daughter time to video the car on collection to.
