We went to the VIP event with the intentions of purchasing a bigger family car considering I had a polo and sat down with one of the sales team Tom H and from the get go he was extremely welcoming and listened fully to what we were looking for!
He got us the best deal on a brand new car which I’ve never had before! And through the whole process explained everything in detail and extremely helpful throughout! The customer service we experienced was exceptional and we highly recommend!

Good company to buy a car from. We were well treated bye a well informed sales person. We were offered a fair price for our part exchange. We did change our minds about the first car we were interested in. This was not a problem and we were treated well and given time to choose another car. Overall a good experience.

From the first enquiry through to picking up the vehicle, Ryan couldn’t have made the process easier. We’re not local, so the detailed video and review of the vehicle was a massive help. On the day of collection, Ryan made the process seamless and even gave us recommendations for places to visit, in Wales, on the journey home!

I had a fabulous experience with Craig, he went above and beyond to help me find my new car. The car was absolutely sparkling upon collection but I did notice the little touches weren’t included this second time around purchasing a car from VW swansea like the car cleaning kit etc. I have seen on other peoples reviews recently that these were included with their cars. But overall, couldn’t thank Craig enough.
