Unfortunately my company use site equip, if I had my way I wouldn’t use them. Every time they are late or the next day with deliveries and pick up. Would definitely not recommend.

The service has always been good, the toilets themselves very good, the onsite staff excellent, always helpful, cheerful and great to work with. We’ve had really poor service on our site, resulting in an unusable unit. We have asked many times for an extra clean, but get nothing despite being only 4 miles from the depot. The unit now doesn’t even get cleaned once a wk which is not acceptable!

Site Equip did a fantastic job on our event. Their equipment is first class, the guys on the ground do a brilliant job and the office staff know exactly what is going on. The whole company are a pleasure to work with.

Having failed to realise that the quotation I received was not the confirmation of the order, I phoned just before 5.00 pm on a Friday afternoon for a Saturday event. No panic, confirmed, paid by card over phone, delivered 10.30 pm by Paddock Wood Depot Manager Peter Lambert, slept well as no concerns about whether we had Toilets for the morning. Many thanks to Charlie (in the Office) and Peter, for sorting out my self induced problem. Very satisfied and next event already confirmed.
