Due to receive delivery of toilets today which are now not being delivered after chasing them myself. On the 4th call Natalie, after sighing at me and hanging up on me twice, then admitted the they have no intention of getting the toilets to us today. No communication, no update, poor customer service, totally speechless. Wish we'd of gone elsewhere.

Great and efficient service. We've been hiring from Site Equip non stop for the last 2 years and our site isn't easy as they have to adhere to a strict time. But they are always punctual and happy to oblige. Highly recommend.

Used this company for a long-term site toilet, was not regularly serviced to the point where waste was filled to the brim and absolutely stunk. When complained they did not reduce the bill for missed services. Completely unsatisfied.

Site Equip and specifically Tina and Debbie have been absolutely amazing over the last 10 months. They have organised the cleaning of our ever-moving 15 welfare units very well and are always there to help when there are emergency cleans. I couldn't recommend them highly enough! 5* service!

Been using the company for over 15 years, roughly 8 times a year for different events. They have never let us down. The communication is particularly brilliant. We currently deal with a lady called Hollie Marsh, she is a star, emails are replied to almost instantly, no fuss, just great.

I have been using site Equip for many years now and can safely say they provide a excellent service and have done throughout my entire time of using them i have dealt with Hollie Marsh from day 1 who has been extremally helpful and continues to do so, I could not recommend Site Equip highly enough.

Shockingly old toilets, in disrepair.
Out of 14 toilets at Borde Hill, 4 were broken. Please bring back the old company it was, this was when the team and toilets were amazing.
Met a lovely gentleman who cleans their toilets who seemed extremely apologetic for the state of these toilets (a little embarrassed I feel also).
