Started to contact Sixleaf more than one month ago in order to stop this subscription.
No answer, just they charged my the fee of 187 USD without any authorisation, mail, nothing...
I contacted them several times, by mail, facebook, they don't care, probably I will have to contact my legal protection insurance !
A Big Scam
SixLeaf started a while ago with their blast services, but in the last few months, this company apparently started having financial issues.
If you use the "ZonBlast Next" service, they'll charge you in advance for the price of the rebate plus their fee, which is ok, but then, they won't refund their customers after several months.
When the customers feel scammed, they'll contact you and Amazon, to expose the issue, making you refund them and losing the money you previously paid to SixLeaf, and the worst part, you are putting your selling account in a very risky position.
The company will not respond to any of the complaints.
It's so sad that they became another scam in this already complicated industry.
UPDATE: on November 15, after posting this review and sending a new complaint to the company, I received a rude reply from their side, with plenty of faulty explanations, and mysteriously I lost access to the dashboard where the order refund status are posted, and my subscription seems to be cancelled, even though it's already paid until November 28, 2022 and it's on auto-pay with a credit card.

I think the software is good but there is no support and the billing system is screwed up, I paid the subscription after trail and after a while, it again showed I don't have a subscription, so I paid and edited the plan. Then I was charged twice! Can someone from Sixleaf help? otherwise, I think I will just stick with Helium 10.
ZonBlast made it easier
The platform is easy to use and very intuitive. Their recent product launch which is ZonBlast helped me a lot in ranking the most valuable product. Also, the analytics reports are also very useful. There are lots of resources available if you want additional assistance. The ability to import external templates or create them yourself within the platform is one of the best features to monitor data analytic tools.
Decided to give it a go
I started off on their Acorn plan as I needed an automated way to monitor my competitors and have some product research capabilities as well. So far I'm pretty happy with it as it's a sleek tool that does exactly what it's supposed to. I'll likely upgrade to Redwood once I get my team to start using it as well.

Good level of detail in analytics
I've used a lot of platforms in the past for store management but they usually lack in the analytics department in some way. The Phoenix module these guys have to offer definitely helped fill that gap so I can collect a lot of different data points and make critical business decisions more thoroughly through my dashboard there. Hats off to the SixLeaf team for helping me get onboarded smoothly as well!

Super useful features in ZonBlast Next
You get access to a lot of useful and time-saving features in ZonBlast Next that makes managing your store that much easier. I usually spend around 10-20 hours/week just in managing my store alone and I can see this cutting it down by at least 75% in the long-term since just the campaign management feature alone has saved me countless hours already.

Avoid!!! Terrible experience and customer support do not reply!

For 2 days I have been trying to cancel to ensure my card will not be charged and there has been no respose.
It is terrible that they do not let you cancel in the application and request you to email, and then they do not respond.
I certainly do not trust this company as they do not respond.
Wish I had read the other reviews here first....
Will update this review if they have the decency to reply and do as asked and not charge me.

Can't stress enough what Jim wrote. His review is spot on. I would add that good luck getting in contact with the company. They have a phone number listed that is never answered, and don't bother leaving a voicemail. There is no way other then email which takes sometime days to reply. Nicole which seems to be customer service/tech support/billing is the only bright spot. I can't imagine how many email she must have to field a day.
I too never received any emails about the impending doom of ASINspector. Their Phoenix tool is trash, I tried it for over a month. You have to click multiple times on things to get what ASIN offered right on the product page.
I am not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but what they did to many of us with ASINspector is really not cool.
Dont trust Sixleaf, They have no scruples.

What a load of Bull, I purchased a lifetime contract from Asinspector for my Amazon Business.
When I approached Sixleaf about this, this is the reply I received.
Thank you for following up. Your purchase of ASINspector on March 10, 2016, was given Lifetime access as defined as the life of the product. That product no longer exists.
They went on to try and sell me something else.
As they merged with Asinisspector they are obligated to my lifetime contract which I have always understood to be the lifetime of my business. The product has been taken over by Sixleaf and does still exist it has just been revamped.

I have now seen the reply from Sixleaf and must say that I received absolutely no notification of a shutdown.
The "Load of Bull" refers to being welcomed into the Sixleaf Family.
You're also saying that ASINinspector was rubbish and all its customers were completely ripped off.
Maybe so, as a customer who purchased a lifetime contract, I feel completely "ripped off".

I trust SixLeaf & Joe Junfola and have since the early ZonBlast days. I've been a client since their first month of their launch services and I've adopted everything they've put out since. We do 7 figures with our Brands and I can definitely say that they've played a huge role in that success.
Their customer service is AMAZING
Their customer service is AMAZING! I have used another launch service and it was so hard to get answers and they certainly didn't help me figure out what I should do to launch! Kristin has been so helpful and personable. It has made what could be a very overwhelming experience manageable. Thank you for your great service!
ZonBlast working well
ZonBlast/SixLeaf is outstanding. Kristin has been our primary contact since starting a while back. Questions are answered quickly and this being my first little adventure into ecommerce, she/they have been great at helping us through the early stages. I love that we can ask a question and get a clear answer quickly.
In terms of performance, I couldn't be happier. I was on the zonblast 1 product initially but now with the release of our 2nd and 3rd products, we've since upgraded. LISTEN TO THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS when it comes to listing quality. My first blast wasn't great, but with their guidance I tweaked listing and it went so much smoother. Since then we've been rocking keywords we hit regularly. It's almost too easy. Looking forward to trying out their Phoenix tool as well. Great company, love the anti guru sentiment there, and looking forward to seeing what they release next.

Excellent service. I've been with them for over 2 years now using zonblast and their suite at various points and I'm honestly super impressed with how far they've come as of late with phoenix. Their support has been excellent as well. I will say they've helped a ton in my biz. Thanks guys.

I've used SixLeaf for years...helped scale my Amazon business substantially. I've been a member since it was ZonBlast and recommend it to anyone looking to do a promo. Keep in mind that every product requires different giveaway strategies. For example, my supplement brand allows me to do big unit giveaways, but my home goods - oversized products - do not.
