Absolute garbage of a carrier

Absolute garbage of a carrier. Things go and sit for a week or two before they ever move again. I don't see how a business can suck this bad and still be in business.

The good

The good, you don't have to sign up to see their extremely high shipping rates.

The bad, the shipping rates are worse than just about anywhere that you can get them.

I called on a Friday... they asked me to call back on a Tuesday after 3 p.m. EST to see if they'd picked up their packae. Tuesday they'd taken the phone off the hook, same on Wednesday. Thursday I got through and their operator tried to shame me with, "We ship 15,000 packages a day and we don't have 15,000 people calling us!" He DID admit they falsify post office scans to show a package is in transit by the Post Office before the Post Office ever receives it, so the first transit scan means NOTHING. I told them to hand it over to the Post Office or I'd call the Attorney General in their state. Lo and behold, there is now transit on it having reached and departed the Philadelphia Network Distribution Center, and I can only hope that scan is genuine and not made by someone in USPS who is acting in collusion with VIP Parcel as well. The operator is mean, rude, and surly--very ill mannered--and should be replaced.

These guys are on it

These guys are on it! I have had a couple of packages sitting stagnant for quite awhile and instead of blowing me off or making something up, the guy actually checked on it. He then proceeded to tell me to call the next day to check after they are able to process the new items just picked up. Super impressed!

Lost Package, No Answers

They’ve lost a package, won’t answer their phones, and the post office can’t help because the package never made it to them. Over $100 product before paying for shipping, NEVER USE THESE FRAUDS. Updates say one package left the facility twice on two different days, it has been almost a week, and it hasn’t shown back up in their system.

In my tracking info

In my tracking info, there are 8 entries that say "tendered to USPS", some of which are on the same day. Also, the first CS rep was an inexcusable idiot. The 2nd CS rep told me my package is on a truck on the way to a USPS hub, where USPS will scan it in when it is received. I do hope he is correct. I will soon find out.....

Scam

They pre-scan their packages a day in advance. Our package was marked as “departed shipping partner facility 9am 11/27/23” on 11/26… seems very suspicious. No movement or scans since 11/26 (pre-scan for the next day) and it’s now 12/3, so I’m guessing this package is lost in their scam of a system somewhere.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They lost my wedding ring and when I emailed them they completely ignored me. Then I called them and they told me they didn’t have it anymore and it wasn’t their problem, the man on the other end wouldn’t let me speak to try and resolve the problem then he hung up on me

Very very rude and unfriendly people

Very very rude and unfriendly people. No reply via emails and it's hard to reach them via phone. They ask you to manually avoid every single shipment that didn't ship, if you forget, no money back. They did this with few expensive shipments. They could easily get reimbursement from FedEx and every time we spoke to them, they said more time, it was like this around 3 months. Don't recommend them at all! Switched to other smarter solution and better people to do business with. Once we placed a chargeback against them, they closed our account, even with a balance.

Beware They Lose Parcels

Beware. They do not take responsibility for lost parcels. This has happened to us twice now. General response seems to be a "shrug" and telling us we need to photograph our boxes and insure everything to the nines for when their handlers throw away small packages and the such. On the hunt for a new service who provide actual customer service.

I can highly recommend VIPparcel

I can highly recommend VIPparcel! Using it for my Etsy, eBay and Woocommerce stores for years now. They helped me to setup account, provided with tons of priceless insiders information, optimized my shipping costs by helping to choose right mail classes. Their pricing structure is so flexible! Nobody was able to offer me a better combination. I literally save thousands of dollars on shipping every month compare to what I was paying before.

I love VIPparcel.com

I love VIPparcel.com. I switched from Endicia.com to VIPparcel 4 years ago and I will never go back. The service is FREE and functionality is much better. They accept credit cards and PayPal which is very convenient and gives me a lot of flexibility. The customer support is always available over the phone - friendly helpful people, not stupid robots.

It's easy as 1-2-3, just print and ship

I am glad I found this company, I ship things fairly often for work. You do not need any special equipment, they do not have monthly or annual fees. Customer service is very friendly & knowledgeable
