DON'T BOOK.
USED TO USE AND HAVE BEEN GETTING WORSE AND WORSE AND NOW I THINK THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS BUT STILL TAKING MONEY.

Been having laser removal there for a year. Initially fine then they moved premises and was awful the new place, not finished really tatty, then they moved again to an office block. Was having laser done in an office glass cubicle with paper stuck on windows for privacy. So weird! But still had some laser sessions left on my package and the therapists there were actually nice. In June got an email cancelling my appointment last min, tried to rebook, told July diary not yet open, tried again a few weeks later. No responses, google maps saying skinspace new location permenantly closed, website links on email auto reply take to some weird website, no phone number anywhere that works. Companoes house info looking sketchy like they are in trouble. Yet notice they are still selling packages on groupon etc. Stay away like the plauge. Trying to find a way to get my money back for the laser sessions I had booked and havent been used.

Worst scam company ever. They have ceased operations with hundreds of my money left in unpaid laser packages. They have not contacted me to tell me anything and I’ll be submitting a case against them to ask for refund. I hope there is a class action against them that i can join.

I have 2 laser hair removal sessions left from Skinspace Bristol and received an email today saying that the company has ceased operations.

It looks like the company has changed their name to Allyskin and still operates at the same location.

It baffles me that a company can simply change the name and not refund its customers.

They have closed the clinic and left MULTIPLE people without a refund I had pre payed for 8 sessions worth over £300 and did not receive anything back except a shitty apology email. Pathetic.

I can only copy what most people state with their recent reviews. We should have all been informed of their financial issues and not paid for treatment plans in advance without being able to finish them. Has anyone an idea what to do next? Can we claim any money back?

I have been trying to contact the Bristol clinic for 2 months but nobody answers me! I cannot believe that they vanish and don't reply to people.. just now reading other comments I have realized it has happened to other people and that maybe the Bristol branch has shut down? if anyone has more information please write on this chat. I have lost my money on my laser treatments of course paid in advance...

I paid Skin space branch in Reading over £200 in advance for a course of six laser hair removal treatments, that I didn't have. Unfortunately, the salon closed before my course was completed, and I have been unable to obtain a refund.
Even before the salon closed, I found the customer service very disappointing. The two therapists who carried out my treatments were unhelpful and unfriendly, and I never felt welcome or comfortable during my visits. I felt that the focus was on taking my money rather than providing good customer care.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, both because of the poor service I received and because I lost money when the salon closed.

Skinspace UK now known as ALLYSKIN is a company I would strongly advise people to avoid both as a client and as a potential employee. I worked at Leeds clinic for just over three months and my wages were paid late every single pay day. My salary was due on 30 June and I only received half of what I was owed. I was then told the remaining balance would be paid on 3 July yet eight days later I still have not received it. I have contacted the company multiple times and have either been ignored or dismissed. Nobody has been willing to take responsibility or provide any meaningful help. I have remained patient and professional throughout this situation but there comes a point where it becomes completely unacceptable. This is my salary and it is being withheld. Like everyone else I have bills to pay, a car to finance and a life to live. During my time working here I also witnessed concerning practices. Prices were regularly changed simply to encourage clients to purchase packages. I was also made aware by my own manager that the Hydrafacial products being used were not genuine on many occasions yet treatments continued regardless. I never wanted to leave a public review but after exhausting every other option I feel people deserve to know about my experience. Working for this company caused far more stress than it was ever worth. If you are considering applying for a job here or booking treatment as a client I strongly recommend looking elsewhere and that goes for Leeds, Manchester, London and all other clinics owned by these people.

I tried to contact the Bristol location regarding my upcoming appointment, only to find out online that the branch has permanently closed. This information was never communicated to me in advance. I have made several attempts to contact the Bristol and other locations and i have sent an email. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to any of my enquiries.
I have paid over £200 for a service that I have not yet been able to use and I find it disgraceful that I have been left without any information or update regarding my appointment.

CEASED TRADING !!!

Absolute shambles of a company. Im £100s of pounds out if pocket. I emailed to change an appointment just to get an reply saying they ceased trading and no future treatments will happen.
No response about outstanding funds.
This was after 5 months of chasing them to book my appointment.
Pre paid treatments gone to waste .

Terrible company. Cancelled my treatments due to medical reasons . I have been promised my refund on multiple occasions . There on it they say , 2 months later nearly and still no refund . Keep well away from this company if you decide to spend lots of money cause even if your dying they won't play ball , they will give you false hope by lying on phone saying we're going to refund you. Unfortunately for these I have recorded these calls and I've also payed a claim fee to a court to get my money back , I had to pay £35.00 and they have to respond by a certain date because they don't care about responding to me . 2 months later and still no replies by email , yes Darren there gonna refund you but it takes time they say after 8 weeks when 14 days is the limit time , I think 2 months on I have been fairly reasonable , I have never in my life experienced such disgusting behaviour , they think it's a game and you can't do nothing about it but you can everyone , don't let them take your money , try your best , give a good amount of time but don't let them take your money , you have legal rights and always record your calls etc .

Terrible service, unprofessional and when asked to have a refund for their lack of availability and generally bad customer services I have been thrown between call lines and emails. The laser was pretty ineffective anyway, but more so when they cancelled appointments and then would not respond for months as I tried to rebook. The whole point is to work to a timeline so my money was essentially wasted.

Scammers. They take your money and then ghost you. Currently going through legal proceedings to get my money back

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- I am not the only person to write a similar review. Skinspace Reading have ceased trading and I suspect that the other branches will follow shortly if their customer care is anything to go by. I have 4 out of 6 laser treatments outstanding and despite phone call and emails no sign of a refund. They are not complying with their own refund policy on their website and nobody has responded to me. KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE DO NOT USE THEM

Keep well away from this company , there a scam company .Be warned that if you have any issues medically or need to cancel before treatment they will not give you your money back , they will make excuses and ignore your emails and blank your calls , the worst company I've ever dealt with ever , they are worse than criminals , please go to a different skin provider , this company are disgraceful
