My contract was renewed by sky without my knowledge or approval and when I wanted to cancel sky sports there was a charge of £60. I have therefore moved to another provider. Skys contract cancellation charges are punishingly high!

We went into the store as I couldn't speak to someone via website or app as it was saying my email was wrong when trying to activate Discovery +.
The sales guy called Paul helped with this straight away and got us up and running! We were told initially "everyone comes in about it" and there's nothing you can do!
