Wrong image was sent. I spent over a week trying to get a hold of Customer Service to sort this out, but nothing‘s working. Very disappointing.

International order success
I was hoping to send a gift to Kenya but the shipping was almost as much as the order. After a few emails, Skylab adjusted the shipping, making it possible to give the biggest James Webb fan a beautiful gift. I was in Malindi, Kenya and although we couldn’t see it, the fact that it went over us was so thrilling. Thank you for helping me score mother in law points!

Seeing the photos just elicited a huge sense of Awe in me. And then when thinking on it, the endlessness of the universe and how so much can't be seen or known too. But the spectacular description of what the photos are showing gave me more insight into the nature of the ever unfolding information of the universe and how it came to be

I love the image. It's absolutely beautiful. I have a suggestion - maybe have a short note underneath or enclosed in the image to describe what we're looking at in the photo. I could frame it underneath it. I'm going to try and locate an explanation and print it. Thx so much...

I am just so impressed with the quality…
I am just so impressed with the quality of this James Webb image! I was worried since we ordered a large size, but the Eta Carina panorama metal print turned out to be extremely tack-sharp! Very professionally packaged, and superb image quality. Will be ordering again soon.

Cosmic goosebumps!
The moment the prints were discovered at my front door, I had goosebumps in anticipation of what I would see once the box was opened. The experience was more awesome and breathtaking than I could have imagined. I feel so small in this magical moment. To be able to study the skies from the “eyes of the James Webb telescope “ is a true gift. Not only to me but anyone who enters my home. A thank you seems as small as a tiny star, but the impact of the twinkle is the same…. Blessings… Sandy Sauer

I will continue to purchase prints from Sky Image Lab. I had a problem with my order and sent an email with my concern late on a Friday evening and received an email even later that evening. Sky Image Lab is AWESOME. They cancelled my order for me so I could turn around and order it correctly and I even added 2 more prints. I received them within days of ordering, boxed and lying flat and they were beautiful. Looking forward to the next purchase.

Great prints, but it would be nice to choose the cropping with some of the photos. Very pleased overall.
