Out of stock but still took the payment
Out of stock? No problem of course but then DON'T TAKE THE MONEY IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ITEM TO SELL!!! Takes 10 days to get the refund apparently. Back in my skint days that would have wiped me out waiting for the money to come back so I could buy elsewhere. They emailed next day to tell me the item was unavailable, so not zero stars, but payment had already been taken. General good feedback suggests this is a one-off, but so far I've not done well with this lot.

Hello Raph, Thanks for your review. So sorry to hear you feel this way.
We do show when items are out of stock online, and that we can order them in for you. However on the odd occasion, these items can sell out with our suppliers, or have a longer leadtime than we usually expect.
I can see you placed your order late evening and that we've responded whilst processing orders in the morning that unfortunately these had become unavailable. You were offered a close alternative but opted to cancel, which is no problem at all.
Payment is taken automatically during the online checkout.
We did refund your order immediately, however as with any refund, it's all down to how long it takes your bank to process the transaction back into your account.
